Clean and tidy. Staff was helpful.
Wifi don’t connect to the TV and AC heater barely working.
Awesome bed & mattress. Nice kitchen with all the appropriate cutlery & dinnerware. Anthony the bathroom was small, it did the trick in a good way, that water didn't splash everywhere.
The small bathroom with minimal shelving for toiletries.
Position is terrific, price excellent and staff efficient and friendly.
The room was in need of renovation and the onsuite rediculously tiny. Other guests made loud noise until 1.00 am.
Huge room with great city views
Dated bathroom where shower water went everywhere. Heater may need a service and a filter clean, as it tool several restarts to get warm air moving!

If you can’t clean the rooms each day fair enough. But I would have liked clean towels everyday or put washing machines and dryers so they could be washed each day.
It was more than I expected, even a stove, plates, cutlery, everything I needed and it was spacious

Stairs to get to the lifts. No bathroom amenities like shower caps. Air conditioning set to quite cold.
Very handy to shops and transport. Right in the heart of the CBD. Good facilities. Comfy bed. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good coffee options. @The George, the little cafe next door is excellent!
No oven trays which kind of made the oven a bit redundant. and Shower curtains. Massive ick for me, but once i got over that i would still go back due to convenience of location.
La ubicación muy buena
No pasaron a limpiar la habitación en las 5 noches que pasamos allí. Además el personal de la recepción el primer día para hacer el checking bien pero otro día tuvimos que consultar algo y fueron muy bordes. Lo peor de todo es que nos dieron una habitación interior sin ventanas y pegada a los ascensores (tiene 4…), se escucha todo el día el ruido de subir y bajar de los mismos.
