Would never have booked if I'd known it was an internal room. No window, no light. I would like to know if we paid the same as the people next door who looked out onto the beautiful street facades of Melbourne!

Great location close to all transport and reasonable price.
Pros:

Great location close to public transport and short walk to main malls and attractions like Victoria Markets, Bourke St shopping and Docklands (we went for Motor Show at Exhibition Centre mainly plus shopping and Titanic Experience)_ We had an issue with aircon unit which staff responded to straight away - other than that everything was great and it was good value for money in Melbourne CBD

Amazing service here! The receptionist was superb and handled everything perfectly. I even got a complimentary room upgrade. So grateful!

Great value for money and helpful staff.
Pros:

Large space and very comfortable bed. Easy to access and 24/7 concierge made it easy to drop my bags after a really early flight.

Cons:

Show/bathroom not the best setup and bed very close to it so water from shower was splashing next to bed.

Fair for cost but a few issues that caused a small problem otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

The fridge froze all my chilled items. I tried to lower the temp but it still froze all my fruit I got for my son and the juice we put in the fridge section to have early for breakfast the next day (also frozen). Apart from the dodgy fridge/freezer. It was a good room. Also the floor was dirty. Vacuumed but not mopped.
