pleasant but in need of some additions
Pros:

The unit is very comfortable with a good bed and linen, good towels and plenty of space. The kitchen had multiple way of preparing food. The staff were excellent

Cons:

The kitchen needed additional things for food preparation e.g. breadboard, oven pans etc. At least two tea towels and washing up brush etc The television is so out of date. Small, it has only free to air stations, so no playback or apps possible. The safe did not lock and staff sent did not know how to do it.

Convenient for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The location and the spacious clean room.

Cons:

The layout. In a large space the bed is pushed up against the bathroom whilst the rest of room was set up like a household kitchen! Fine for cooking a family roast but leaving space only for a small bathroom and a cramped sleeping area. Very strange design layout.
There is a disabled entrance to the lobby but notfrom there to the lift.. this involves a very inconvenient set of stairs

Amazing!
Pros:

Perfect location, clean, great view!!

Cons:

Freezer was frozen over and couldn’t close the fridge. Water was leaking onto the floor

Not bad for a few nights
Pros:

The location on collins street.
The room was quite spacious.
Bed was firm but comfortable.
Room had a good size fridge.
Booked an interior room and ended up in room 1112 which opened out onto a balcony (was a maintenance balcony so not private. But was nice)

Cons:

The rooms are quite old, they are in need of a repaint.
The water pressure in the shower was weak.
The self check in I was personally not a fan of.
