Very small bathroom, lots of noise from outside all night long didn't sleep well
Large rooms and in excellent location. Staff wonderfully friendly. They changed my ill-chosen room to a better one at the first opportuniy. I also appreciated their advice regarding eating out.
The room description could have been clearer. Perhaps it was my fault. I have chosen a room with "no view" but was shocked finding that there was no window! A glass-panelled inside door that could have served as a window didn't let in much daylight either, as it looked into an inside corridor. So, "no view" meant literally nothing to look out at - not even an internal light shaft or a car part or back alley that I took to mean "no view"; and no fresh air either.

The room had everything we needed!
We had booked an internal studio- didn't realise our windrow would open up to the hallway- it was just a little odd! So we kept the blinds shut!
Spacious. Great shower. Room service. Coffee machine. Milk. Check in n check out fast and easy.
Mattress was a bit had it, very uncomfortable. Air conditioner leaked a lot of water. No streaming channels (its advertised as having Foxtel so you can watch movies but it only has those sports channels n Nickelodean).

Location is great, the room was spacious and the bed was comfy , there was in - room microwave and coffee machine
The furniture were quite old and cheap, the bathroom was tiny, with a minuscule sink, nowhere to put your things on, and a shower with a curtain instead of glass..
The gym has very few machines and no dumbbells
There is no restaurant, bar or cafeteria, so you need to go out if you want something but don't want to use in-room service.
Finally, WiFi was so slow i had to tether from my phone
The lovely lady on reception upgraded my room after I mentioned the lovely view of the architecture opposite. Thank you :)
Second time staying. Would return again!
