Economical stay in the city (but no sofa!).
Pros:

Close to trams. Easy access. Staff were welcoming. Economical.

Cons:

Stairs to get up into the foyer.
There wasn’t a sofa to sit on. Found it uncomfortable to sit on the bed. When watching TV - you really need to be able to sit on a sofa - very disappointing.

A well equipped studio with everything you need in a terrific location.
Pros:

Location was excellent and it was great to have fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and coffee machine

Cons:

The smell of bleach or cleaning chemicals was a little too strong. Good to know room was well cleaned but they needed to use less chemicals or wash/wipe the chemicals off with plain water after cleaning.

Great Location in a busy city
Pros:

The location, friendly staff on reception.

Cons:

Under the bed was dirty with dust and a previous guest had left chocolate balls under there (that was just under the edge, we didnt look further).
The gym facilities were old, damaged, and I doubt they have had a safety check in a few years.
As expected, with the location comes some road noise.

Convenient, good value, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Quite a good location. Comfortable bed and chairs. Plenty of kitchen ware for a studio.

Cons:

Room service/eatery were not answering their phone. Internet was quite slow.
