Was quite disappointed in the cleaning as there was a lot of furniture in the room left dusty
Great location, friendly staff, easy check in and check out most times iv stayed we have had comfortable beds but this time it was way too hard
The bed was very firm and the glass bathroom sliding door was a hard to open, this time there was a bit of dust on bedside cupboards

Book an 'Executive suite' and the shower was leaking and spraying all over bathroom. Hotel agreed to change our room while we were out next day. Hotel staff Transferred most of our belongings to a new room but we found tooth brushes, paste, pyjamasand face cream missing. Hotel could not explain where they went.
Located a short walk from Southern Cross Station. Self catering rooms. Clean and comfortable.

I wasn't a fan of the bathroom setup, behind glass so close to the bed. And it was tiny with a shower curtain so the bathroom floor got wet very easily. Also lack of decent hanging for towels to dry.
The location is fantastic, and central to the city. The room was alright for what it is.
Issues at checkin, arrived early and could not be accomodated, this was fine. However on my return, it took around 30 minutes to get checked in, the staff did not explain what the issue was, and just said oh we have your booking... and kept talking between themselves, so I had to wait. While 3 other guests got checked in without a single problem.

Nous avons été choqués par le manque de propreté de la chambre. Je ne sais pas si c’était un problème avec uniquement notre chambre. Mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il restait des déchets des clients précédents, des traces de mains non nettoyées sur les glaces de la salle de bain, des grosses traces de chaussures sur le sol et des miettes. Pas de piles dans la télécommande. Lorsque nous avons demandé que ce soit réglé assez rapidement à la réception, nous avons dû réclamer au moins 2-3 fois. Même chose, notre évier de la salle de bain était bouché, nous avons dû réclamer 3 fois. Franchement, pour un hôtel/appartement de la chaîne Oaks nous avons été terriblement déçus, ça donne vraiment une mauvaise image et n’y retournerons malheureusement pas.

Nice well equpped room woth a slight lane way view which allowed the sun to filter into the room also the balcony wa a bonus. Six high speed lifts made getting to the room easy
Loved the size of the room and kitchen facilities Bed was comfortable Shower easy to operate
Access from reception to lifts was up 4 steps difficult with suitcases and person with walking stick Supposed to be a ramp but couldn’t find it
Left baggage at reception after checkout till our late evening flight But they separated my medical bag from my suitcase and in the rush to get baggage which they had trouble finding it was left behind luckily someone was able to pick it up to bring home for me saved relying on Aussie post
