It was pleasant.
Pros:

It was conveniently located near the station, and I could easily get to other places I needed to. I will stay there again if I need to stay in Melbourne.

Pros:

Location was good near public transport & close to the centre of town. Apartment was cosy & comfortable, with a nice kitchen.
Very private & quiet also.

Cons:

All was fine by me.

Good location but room had no windows
Pros:

I asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet indeed. It's also centrally located, althought there isn't much to see in central Melbourne anyway

Cons:

- No windows in the room
- No plug adapter for international travelers
- Unprotected wifi is a security risk (but I didn't ask to have the password-protected one, so not sure if they'd have helped)

Very basic, good location,
Pros:

The location was great as well as the little food court.

Cons:

No ease of access for people with heavy cases. Windows aren't double glazed so noisy street noise in room. Reception staff basically stated to check myself in with no offer of support. No hotel info in room for Reception number or what facilities it had ie laundry etc
