Pros:

Excellent service and very helpful staff!

I accidentally left a purple bracelet at the hotel during my stay. The staff found it and were incredibly helpful in arranging to have it shipped back to me. Clarence was especially kind and responsive throughout the process.

I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service. It was such a relief to get my bracelet back!

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my belongings. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️

The hotel is pet friendly which is great. Initially we were by a dog that was barking loudly for a period of time. The staff moved us no problem.
