Luxury stay in Dunedin and worth your money!
Pros:

The amenities and how tidy the room was

Cons:

The car parking and also how close the property is to the student area.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Everything was amazing,I could not find fault with the staff or facilities. My one qualm was parking but it was a busy Saturday night.

I'd stay again
Pros:

Very nice stay. The breakfast menu was good.

Cons:

The floorings were looking worn in places and inside the room some of the paint was worn off around the kicking areas like lower doorways. Showing signs of wear and needing some maintenance.

Great stay and will definitely stay again,the price for the stay is way less than Australia
Pros:

What a stay,the wife made me strip the bed to find out the mattress maker,very comfortable.we did not have the breakfast but the light dinner was very nice.the motel grounds were great to walk around and the botanical gardens across the road .

Cons:

Probably the roads around the motel was busy,but not road noise in the rooms.

De ontvangst was vriendelijk en de kamer was erg ruim. Er is een ruime tuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en een kopje thee/koffie doen.

Cons:

Het hotel beschikt niet over een lift. Ondanks dat het maar één trap is, is dit niet handig met een koffer. De locatie van onze kamer was niet super, namelijk aan de weg.

We loved it! Great breakfast too.
Pros:

We wanted to change rooms due to my son's condition and although a very busy time, the staff were super accommodating and they found us a room that was quieter so my son could sleep. This was very much appreciated!

Pros:

Friendly staff, great stay for an overnighter

Cons:

The person that stayed the night before us had used Deepheat/ rub. The smell was still quite strong in the room when we checked in and lingered all throught the night and next morning which made me think it was on the bedding .
