Perfect place to stay!
Pros:

Location is very convenient, close to the University, lots of eateries close by and also close to Gardens New World and the Botanical Gardens for walks. Very quiet and the room is warm and comfortable.

Convenient, pleasant stay with all the creature comforts you need whilst travelling for business.
Pros:

Comfortable, warm, convenient and staff are always welcoming.

Cons:

The room walls seem to be a little low on sound absorption, I could hear people talking from the neighboring room.

Great location to stay when visiting Dunedin and great service from staff
Pros:

Great Location and breakfast was very nice

Cons:

Shower water would always run off door and flood surrounding floor area, we had to place towel over door gap to stop it, but other than that great place to stay
