Easy access to city, university and northeast valley

We had booked king room with bath, but after discussion we’re only moved from room with twin beds to king bed room, but without bath

Warm welcome, comfortable and spacious rooms and friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Always a warm welcome and although a little dated the property is well maintained, clean and an easy place to stay for work or leisure. Very spacious rooms.

As usual, this was a great stay. We will come again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. There were many choices to suit all tastes.

Cons:

The shower guard was difficult to position to prevent water going out on to the floor of the bathroom.

Motel fine , bed the stuff of nightmares, I challenge you to sleep in 416.

Location close to town easy to find lots parking

Cons:

Room 416 the bed was diabolical, quite honestly the worse nights sleep my wife or I have had in any motel hotel in the world. Both of us full of aches by morning. When my wife told the desk manager a male the next morning. He cheerfully told her he knew s a lot of people had reported that. Not much distinction for distinction there. Back in the day if there was a problem you fixed it , not keep using it and charging for it as well.

Comfortable and warm
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, enjoyed the food in the restaurant it was simple but tasty.

Cons:

There were a couple of spiderwebs on the window inside
