Great location and comfortable rooms, wonderful outdoor pool with views on the Caspian sea!
Pros:

This hotel features a great location despite the interior has become outdated. The best-selling point is the outdoor pool with great views on the Caspian Sea.
The staff is very friendly, at the breakfast the lady at the breakfast reception desk is so friendly and helpful to get you a coffee, tea or anything you need. The receptionists are also welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The pool area should be kept cleaner, next morning there were still paper napkins under lounge chairs, during the day, staff should keep the place clean and tidy, the outdoor furniture is beyond its life. The pool area is an unique selling point of the hotel and for Aktau, taking it an extra step to the next level would be great to make the experience even better.

Абсолютно отвратительный ужин, подача в ресторане 5* отеля как на фуд-корте в трц, кроме того что еда в принципе ужасная невкусная шницель из куриного филе абсолютно невкусный непромаринованный и с привкусом сырого мяса, пережаренный кляр, салат из баклажанов постный безвкусный, попался гнилой баклажан, картофель фри и тот безвкусный вообще не понятно как он оказался в ужине, чем руководствовался шеф повар когда составлял это меню, десерт из двух кусков нечто похожего на губку на вкус также напоминающее губку

Все понравилось. Расположение отеля. На ресепшене вежливые сотрудники. Единственным минусом я бы отметила, то что местные жители целый день отдыхают в бассейне, занимая лежаки и тем самым приватность нарушается
