Great place to stay
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Aktau, super-close to the shoreline, comfy rooms, a lot of sightseeing and food nearby (Chechil Pub is absolutely recommended). The most polite and kind staff <3

Cons:

The windows in our room could not open by design, so there wasn't much fresh air in the room (the AC didn't help much). The sauna is only in men's changing room, so there was no way to visit the sauna together with my partner.

Pros:

Отличные завтраки, в номерах чисто.

Cons:

В номерах духота, нет возможности открыть окна технически, номера не проветриваются.
У персонала явные проблемы с коммуникацией.
Пришли ночью в лобби посмотреть футбол, заказали выпивку и хотели заказать поесть, но кухня в тот день не работала. Пришлось заказать еду через вольт. Получив доставку, сотрудник отеля в агрессивной форме утверждал, что со своей едой запрещено. Вразумительных объяснений на вопрос почему нельзя, когда их собственная кухня закрыта - мы не получили. Может мне еще в мой номер нельзя заказывать постороннюю еду?
