Great location and helpful staff, then you can relax in a beautiful and comfortable room!
Pros:

Great location (Villa dei Gelsomini). Very nice and silent apartment (hidden from main street). Very kind and helpful stuff (especially - Stefano). Clean and comfy vacations! We were there in pack of 3 and everyone was satisfied and pleased - not so easy to achieve. Additionally, worth to mention - National Hotel has great view from top terrace on sea, beach and city.

Foarte placut si confortabil!
Pros:

Locatie pe plaja, servicii corespunzatoare, mic dejun bun, curat, personal amabil. Multumim si d-nului Stefan, care a incercat sa ne faca vacanta cat mai confortabila, noi avand si o situatie delicata la momentul cazarii. Multumim!

Die nähe zum Srtand, und auch die Erreichbarkeit zum Bahnhof. (Reisten mit drm Zug nach Rimini)

Das leckere Frühstücksbuffet
Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und gepflegt
Und das Personal freundlich

Cons:

Die lange warte Zeit beim Aufzug.

Great Holiday with Excellent Food and Friendly Staff
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The meals were very well prepared and consistently good, and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Regina and Tito, who were both fantastic and really helped make our stay more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we also found one of the female receptionists to be quite unfriendly and not particularly polite. We did not get her name, but she was able to speak Albanian. The experience at reception could certainly have been more welcoming and professional.
Overall, we still had a pleasant stay, with very good food and excellent service from the restaurant team.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

Coffee and breakfast

Cons:

Old room needs repainting, bathroom drains smelt at times and air conditioning didnt work efficiently due to balcony door not shutting properly.
