Nett freundlich aber in die Jahre gekommen

Shuttle Service zu den Skistationen. Sehr hilfsbereite Chauffeure . Pünktlich und prompt Pool und Sauna angenehm weil fast leer - kleine Sauna out of order. Cocktails an der Bar oder nach dem Skifahren auf der Sonnenterasse wären lecker. Bis auf eine Bedienung alle sehr nett

Cons:

Völlig unübersichtliche Rechnung der minibar wo zu Beginn schon Getränke fehlten und mir wahrscheinlich nachbelastet wurden. Und das bei über 150 Franken, haben sie es nötig mit der Minibar Geld zu verdienen anstatt einfach den Kunden Erfrischungen zu Marktpreisen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Kleine Flasche Wasser 7 Franken und nich gratis auch wenn sie auf dem Tisch steht.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very professional and friendly staff

Cons:

Value for money in terms of food (dinner) was not satisfactory. The beef filet nor the risotto were of good quality, and therefore far too expensive.
Moreover, in a top hotel like yours, I would expect Zopf for breakfast. Not having Zopf as a choice was very disappointing

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir haben es genossen und werden dieses Hotel wieder einmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Grosse Auswahl.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage in der Mitte der Ortschaft ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und ruhig. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war etwas kompliziert beim einchecken.
Von der Skipiste zurück ins Hotel haben wir einmal trotz telefonischer Vor- Anmeldung (30 Minuten vorher) mit Zeitangabe, 40 Minuten auf den Skibus gewartet. Danach sind wir mit dem Ortsbus zurück ins Hotel gefahren. Nach der Rückmeldung an der Rezeption wurde nur knapp gesagt der Skibus komme alle 30 Minuten es brauche halt etwas Geduld. Hier erwarte ich von einem 5 Sterne- Hotel eine andere Antwort auf meine Rückmeldung.
