Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Alles war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, und der Spa-Bereich war excellent. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, vieles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und die Busanbindung klappt auch hervorragend.

Belle Epoque Hotel mit tollem Ambiente und ein paar Unstimmigkeiten.

Schönes Belle Epoque Gebäude. Tolle Hotellobby. Sehr schöner Poolbereich. Qualitativ sehr gutes Abendessen in schönem Ambiente. Gutes Frühstück. Zeitung zum Frühstück. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer Superior wurde im Internet mit Blick auf die Berge und Balkon beworben. Vor Ort dann wurde ein Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Blick auf eine 3m entfernte Felswand quasi ohne Tageslicht angeboten.
Das geht gar nicht! Nach Reklamation gab es eine adäquate Lösung.
Hier und da gab es ein wenig Erhaltungsrückstand. An der Treppe in den Whirlpool war eine dunkle Schmutzschicht.

Sehr charmantes Hotel mit großartigem Service!
Pros:

Sehr feine Annehmlichkeiten wie das erfrischende Zitronenwasser im Foyer (gratis), kleiner Kuchenteller zur Begrüßung auf dem Zimmer, der tolle Service am Abend - das Zimmer wird für die Nacht nochmal schön hergerichtet (jeden Tag mit Toblerone), klasse Spielebereich vom Bällebad über kleine Küche und Fahrzeuge bis hin zu digitalen Brettspielen und Tischtennisplatte in einem großen hellen Raum, gute Sauna (recht neu?) mit schön langen Tüchern, Flure und Treppenhäuser noch im ursprünglichen charmanten Stil.

Cons:

Da kann das Bevedere nichts dafür: booking.com hatte die Frage nach den Parkplatzkosten mit KI leider falsch beantwortet (siehe Screenshot) - das Parken kostet aber jeden Tag 19 SFR, egal wie lange man bleibt - das sorgte bei uns für eine ärgerliche Überraschung beim Check-out.

Dass die Speise karte jeden Tag die gleiche war und wir nicht mal von der a la Karte nehmen konnten auch mit Aufpreis…

Es war ein Mal das 5* Hotel!!! Heute leider nicht mehr. Es braucht eine Renovierung- die Fassade ist nicht mehr schön, Möbel im Zimmer mit Abblätterungen. Das Bad ist sauber - aber es wird gespart. Diese angeschraubten Pflegeprodukten sind einfach schrecklich. Ich gebe 4 Sterne - leider das ist so!!!
