No AC in the room, noise from the street - not 5-star
Pros:

There was no AC in the room - did not even check this for a 5-star property. Very disappointing. The nights were hot, and the windows couldn't be kept open because of a smoking neighbor whose smoke came straight into the room. With the window open it was also loud due to the nearby street.

Cons:

Booked this hotel instead of any other because of a good price for a 5-star hotel. Now, given e.g. lack of air conditioning, it's clear why it was cheap(er). There are unfortunately no miracles...

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Die erste Suite war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: zerkratzte Möbel, Löcher in den Gardinen und sogar im Bett. Erst nach meiner Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer.

Der Service war durchgehend unfreundlich. An der Rezeption wurde ich sogar ausgelacht, als ich fragte, ob jemand Deutsch spricht, weil ich eine Beschwerde vorbringen wollte. Auch im Restaurant war das Personal laut und unfreundlich.

Das Essen beim Abendessen war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Das Hähnchen war trocken, der Salat übersalzen und auch die Soße viel zu salzig.

Das Frühstück heute war besonders schlimm. Wir wurden kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob wir etwas möchten, und innerhalb einer Stunde wurde kein einziger Teller abgeräumt. Am Ende war unser ganzer Tisch voller benutzter Teller, ohne dass jemand zu uns kam.

Für uns steht fest: Nein danke, nie wieder.

Tolle Ferientage
Pros:

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Unser kleiner Hund wurde verwöhnt mit einem Kissen, Näpfe und selbstgebackenen Leckerlis.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und die Betten bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
