Wir möchten uns herzlich für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken.

Gleich nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Personal begrüßt, das äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell war. Man bot uns sofort Hilfe mit dem Gepäck sowie beim Parken des Autos an, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Bereits der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war dadurch ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber, sorgfältig vorbereitet und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir uns sehr wohl und komfortabel gefühlt.

Das Frühstück können wir als hervorragend bewerten – der Service war erstklassig, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und die Auswahl an Speisen war wirklich vielfältig, sodass jeder etwas Passendes findet. Der Blick auf das Jakobshorn war zudem ein sehr angenehmer Bonus, der das Frühstückserlebnis noch weiter bereichert hat.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen in Zukunft gerne wieder.

Cons:

Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel auf zwei Parkflächen zur Verfügung. Das Problem, das wir festgestellt haben, sind die sehr geringen Abstände zwischen den geparkten Fahrzeugen. Ehrlich gesagt können wir uns nicht vorstellen, wie manche Personen nach dem Einparken überhaupt aus ihrem Auto aussteigen konnten.

Es wäre sinnvoll, für übliche und ausreichende Abstände zwischen den Fahrzeugen zu sorgen. Die Beurteilung dieser Situation liegt selbstverständlich beim Hotel, jedoch könnte eine angemessene Einteilung der Parkplätze mögliche Schäden an den Fahrzeugen vermeiden. Gäste reisen häufig mit Koffern, Skiausrüstung und anderem Gepäck an, wofür entsprechend Platz benötigt wird.

Größere Fahrzeuge wie SUVs sollten idealerweise auf geräumigeren und besser zugänglichen Parkplätzen abgestellt werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön und bietet eine eindrucksvolle Umgebung. Dennoch konnten die positiven Aspekte der Umgebung die genannten Mängel für uns nur teilweise ausgleichen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr imposant, allerdings bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns persönlich weniger gefallen hat, war, dass es ständig kalt war sowohl in der Lobby als auch im Zimmer. Wir hatten um zusätzliche Heizöfen gebeten, diese wurden jedoch erst einen Tag später gebracht.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und wollten aufgrund der verschiedenen Restaurants auch mehrere davon ausprobieren. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr. Im Nachhinein stellte sich die Abrechnung zudem als etwas schwierig heraus.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich Sergej, der uns im französischen Restaurant ausgezeichnet bedient hat. Im Gegensatz dazu wirkte die Chefin an der Rezeption auf mich etwas überfordert.
