Très bel hôtel, cadre idyllique, accueillant, en bon état. Personnel agréable , très propre et avec des services complets. Piscines, petit déjeuner complet. Chambre spacieuse, calme et propre. Cadre très agréable.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix, c'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous reviendrons sans hésiter, si on est dans le secteur.
Petit bémol, plus de bain à remous contrairement à ce qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce lors de la réservation.

Experiencia general muy correcta. Aunque se veían algunos detalles que denotaban algo de dejadez o falta de mantenimiento, la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Si invirtiesen un poquito más en mantenimiento de instalaciones seria un hotel 10. Exterior y desayuno increíble. ¡Repetiremos!

Mi novio y yo fuimos a pasar unos días en este hotel y en general fue bien. El sitio es una maravilla, con unas vistas preciosas a las montañas. Tiene dos piscinas que no suelen estar muy concurridas, por lo que se está de lujo. La habitación en la que estuvimos estaba bien pero las paredes son de papel. Como puntos negativos tengo que mencionar que está un poco lejos de todo y que el restaurante es carísimo y de mala calidad.

Hotel apartado de todo para descansar.
Pros:

Bonito hotel y paraje tranquilo. Correcto en cuanto a limpieza. Para un 4 estrellas eché de menos servicios, por ejemplo, en habitaciones no suben nada de cafetería y la nevera estaba vacía y apagada. Noté falta de personal que apenas podía con el servicio de cenas. Como hotel debería mejorar, no obstante como lugar para descansar sí que es inigualable.

Pros:

Hotels.com provides a completely wrong address so we ended up next to a children’s hospital 20 minutes in the wrong direction, so that when we arrived the restaurant was closed. Luckily the staff helped make us some sandwiches so we could get something to eat after a 13 hour drive.

The actual hotel was decent, but very loud. We had trouble sleeping because we could hear every single thing the neighbors talked about

Correcto, habitación estándar sin vistas.
Pros:

Es necesario mejorar las instalaciones. Con muy poco, pueden hacer mucho. Cambio de cortinas (extremadamente sucias), limpieza de la nevera (contiene moho). El resto es correcto. Sin grandes expectativas pero correcto. No desayunamos puesto que las veces anteriores no nos gustó, nos pareció pobre y básico.

Great Value, Lovely Property And Grounds
Pros:

This is a lovely large property with magnificent views in lovely grounds which must have been amazing when a golf course pre covid. Rooms are spacious I agree there may be some minor niggles and issues such as dated decor in bathrooms as in previous reviews but I think people need to remember the price being paid so overall its great value for money. The caffeteria has weird opening times and is closed completely some days which can catch you out.
