Pros:

Location was good as we were visiting our daughter in hospital Mt. Sinai. Was about a mile walking. Valet at hotel was prompt and quick loads of restaurants and delis for quick bites. And easy in off highway.

Affordable stay in UES
Pros:

Quick efficient check-in and nice public area; rooms were functional and clean. Staff pleasant. Walking distance to upper east side and 10 minutes to central park

Pros:

Hotel was very quiet outside and didn't hear other guests. I enjoyed the work out room, and though I didn't use it, there is a sauna. Bed was comfortable, room had everything you would expect in a standard hotel.

Cons:

No breakfast option, the heater was loud, and the room was really cold when I arrived and didn't heat up sufficiently when trying to fall asleep.

Location, staff, establishment, price, quality.
Overpriced. Staff aren’t friendly or professional. Rooms hot unless you open a window. Water was brown during our stay for hours. Just not worth the time or money.
