Location is great on the upper East Side. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the free coffee bar in the lobby.

Interior was not bad
Stuff is the biggest problem. Very rude, very unprofessional and even racist. Very bad attitude towards the client. I have never faced that before. Only one elevator working in the building, always a long wait time for it.
Comfy bed & room was very clean. Nice towels. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby. All staff competent & very helpful & personable.
My one beef is the price of the wine available for purchase. $44 for a bottle of Woodbridge Cabernet is outrageous.
