The room was extremely hot. Even after they brought a fan, it cooled down a little, but it was still so warm. Also, they don’t have a baby changing table in the restroom

En las habitaciones hay heladera, microondas y máquina de café lo que nos permitió desayunar antes de salir. Hay supermercados en la zona para abastecernos.

Convenient location for where we needed to be in Manhattan. Staff were ok. Not bad, not great.

Cons:

No breakfast, come on Marriott, really? Parking, get a better deal at the closest parking deck for hotel guests. Lastly, and AWFUL….. it was so HOT in the room. Thank god we could crack window about 3 inches on both sides. But confused as to why we can’t control it by choosing A/C or heat. Weird. Never experienced that before! Tough sleeping when it’s 75-80 in the room

I was charged a fee over $500 as a smoking fine when all I did was blow dry my hair. They have not removed the charge.

Good stay overall.
Pros:

Everything was good, the staff were very nice. Only problem was the hotel doesn't have air conditioning at this time of year. This was a problem as it was 79 degrees in NYC for my stay and the room, like most hotel rooms retains heat. They brought me a fan right away but I expect ac in a hotel. It is mandatory.

Lack of air conditioning.

Pros:

Location was good as we were visiting our daughter in hospital Mt. Sinai. Was about a mile walking. Valet at hotel was prompt and quick loads of restaurants and delis for quick bites. And easy in off highway.
