Pros:

I treated myself to a spa/pool day at the Four Seasons Palo Alto. One thing I like about the Four Seasons - you know what you’re getting. All hotels are very consistent - except the pool at the East Palo location. The size is tiny, which would be ok but the music made you feel like you were at a low end Marriott at Vegas. Such an odd choice for this brand. If I didn’t have a spa appointment later - I would have left. Instead I put in EarPods to try and drown out the (very bad) techno-y pool music. It was so loud it didn’t work. Very unexpected at a Four Seasons Palo Alto I won’t be back…unless I want bad rave-y music poolside.
Valet and spa attendants were great though!
