It was really nice place over all for small town. I thought staff was very friendly.
Nothing really to say.
Best place by far of the 6 rooms we had. Great breakfast
Breakfast was a great selection. The room was clean. The lady getting breakfast was lovely. Nice pool. Close to things.
The receptionist was a bit rude. If you're a light sleeper the train is noisy. I'm not so was fine
Habitacion
We were escaping the 112° weather with a 2 month old baby. The staff was Amazing !!Accommodating us with a crib, allowing for a late check out so momma could sleep, and allowing a quick parting dip in the pool !!!
Jeremy is an impressive guy. He checked us in, made sure our needs were met and then jumped into cleaning !!!
5 stars Best Western, Laurel Montana !!
Overall, the hotel is fine for a one-night stay if you’re just passing through. We had no trouble finding a parking spot in the evening. We didn’t use the Wi-Fi.
The water pressure in the shower was good, and the towels were clean.
The room had a very unpleasant smell—possibly dust—but once the air conditioning was running, it wasn’t really noticeable anymore. The curtains were torn, and the toilet paper holder was missing. Other than that, we didn’t have any major complaints.
The facility was well kept and clean. The continental breakfast was very good!
The only thing I didn't like was the hairs in my sheets. It looked like pet hair but still it was disgusting
Good breakfast. Comfortable beds
Our AC was off when we arrived. Our room was so hot. It was 104 outside. It took hours to cool down. Set it to 74 for guests. I felt that was inconsiderate , especially for the cost of the room.
Some guests were smoking marijuana. It was pungent. Patrol your halls and enforce your no smoking rules.
The staff were very helpful
The location was nice
The room door was very sketchy to room 115- we paid 517 for 2 nights and had to SLAM the door shut very hard or else it stayed open. We didn't realize our room was open all day until I slightly touched the door when I came back and the door just opened up. The rooms around us were probably annoyed but there isn't anything we could do about that. I mean you really had to slam slam it in order for the door to latch and lock properly, might want to get that fixed. The Room also has a very weird musty smell and the carpet isn't completely dry as if the room was flooded at one point. My socks were picking up the moisture in the carpet with every step, kinda dissapointing considering the rooms were 517 for 2 nights.
