Not as Well as Expected
Pros:

Well, the front desk was informative and friendly. It was close to the event we were attending.

Cons:

The room seemed pretty used up. Had issues with the TV/Remote not working only to find out the TV was plugged into a part of the receptacle that did not work! Only one nightstand and it seemed to have (3) legs as it rocked badly. The phone in the room was plugged in but inoperable and none of the buttons were identified as to what they did! The bathroom had no hooks for towels or robes, and the existing towel rack was bent and needing repair/replacement. The mini fridge seemed to sweat on the inside overnight like it was defrosting which made our food wet by morning and having to throw it in the trash as a result. Our food was not hot when it was put in the fridge, so this was not the cause. I personally would not stay here again.

too loud. wont come back
Pros:

they accomidated me with an upper room floor to avoid noise.

Cons:

i hate noise. this is the loudest hotel ever. they may have accomidated me but they put me next to a stairwell where the door was opening and slamming all day. the other clients are loud in the hallways. there was a child screaming next door. and a couple having an argument.

Good location for where we needed to go

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean, headboards where dirty, floor was dirty. Very run down over all. I did not want to get ice from the machine or eat breakfast there because of the state. The out side of the ice machines was dirty.

This day could’ve been a lot better and for not having any hot water for a while they could’ve taken some money off the

The property was in good location for things that were around

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have hot water and no one said anything about it because there was a problem with the water. It would’ve been nice if I would’ve been told that we weren’t gonna have any hot water for a while.

Pros:

The location is exactly where I needed to be

Cons:

I didn’t like how the property has been cared for it is okay from a far but it it was honestly a mess!! The bathroom was nasty, the toilet was dirty I had to clean it myself before I allowed my kids to use it
