it was just over night but I will not stay there again .
Pros:

Did not get breakfast it ended before ten . Do not get up that early after traveling

Cons:

no pool as advertised , nasty tub (broken) , caulking on the walls and pillows that are not standard size . No noise barriers . Just everyone coming out of their rooms and hall noise

Good, convenient. Good except for the double charge as mentioned above
Cons:

I used my credit card to reserve a room for my out-of-town brother., from July 9-13. I was charged for it. He was also charged for it. He left early morning of July 14 but we both were charged for July 14. Three times he talked to desk personnel telling them to be sure to charge his credit card. Not mine. I will be in Westminster on August 12 to talk to them and hopefully get this straightened out.

I will never recommend any windham at this point
Pros:

I guess the location was OK and the staff was nice enough.

Cons:

So the place was disgusting. Everything about it was unclean, the hallways the entryway, the rooms, especially the beds did not look like they had been made and had spots on the sheets. The air conditioner barely worked and the room smelled musty. If I had seen the room before purchasing I would have cancelled

Pros:

After reading some of the previous reviews, I was somewhat reluctant to book here. But our experience was generally quite positive. Desk staff were welcoming and professional; our room was pleasant (if a bit dated) and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the a/c was quiet and effective. Parking lot was spacious and clean with several accessible spaces close to entrance.We would not be reluctant to return here in the future.

Professionalism goes a long way

Never made it to breakfast

Cons:

Front desk staff wasn’t that friendly called earlier to hotel to inform of late check in arrival once arrived room assigned was not clean door was adjured window wide open video was taken as proof front desk didn’t even look at video didn't receive immediate apology until after police got involved which were already on premises for a different issue. I involved the police because initially wasn’t sure if someone broke into room prior to arrival. The lady who works overnight was rude. Was put in an upgraded room had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies tub didn’t look to clean. The next day room that was assigned still left open and unclean

The cost for the room was reasonable and at least it was clean but there were some issues.

Cons:

Faucet in tub was leaking. Towel rack above toilet needed repair. The door for the bathroom needed repair or replacement. The AC unit was leaking water. The desk in the room was badly worn.

The listing is misleading. It says pets allowed but apparently a cat is not a pet. The front desk staff are incredibly rude as well. Non smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Stayed there after an emergency situation and they had zero empathy.

Enjoyable and we felt comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was up to standard! We enjoyed the staff and had a few laughs with them. We have stayed there several other times before. Every time it’s been great.
We will surely be back.

Relatively inexpensive place to stay, but you get what you pay for.
