The Bayside Inn & Marina

We absolutely loved staying here! Easy check-in. Everything was brand new due to last years Hurricane. Pet friendly. Super comfortable bed and spacious room! Super close and walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beach across the street!! We will definitely make this our go to hotel when we come for our weekend getaways to Treasure Island!

The property is completely remodeled since our last visit due to hurricane damage and we love it. The pool is close to complete and workers were putting on the final plaster coat when we were there. I'm sure it will be awesome when complete. We love the location and seek out properties in that general area and always pick the best value when available. I enjoy fishing at night along their canal dock.

Trust me if you are in treasure island you want to stay here it was worth every penny the rooms are all brandnew and clean and beautiful and your walking distance to the beach and the owners were so nice and kind and treated me so good i was supposed to check in at 12am and i didnt make it until 4:30 am they still let me in at that time 5 stars i give them

Owners/management was very rude. Gave me wrong room. Argued with me for 20 minutes finally realized they were wrong. First room I had ( wrong room) was awful. 2nd room was much better but found out later had no hot water. Which I brought up at check out and their response was if has to run for 30 minutes first.
After my check in the owner also got in a confrontation with someone in the parking lot. The pool is also out of service.
Also knocking on door @ 10:50am with attitude about check out.
As I was checking out there was also another patron in an argument with these people.

This property was a super pleasant surprise for the price. Totally refurbished rooms, walkable and amazing views.
Compare to the other properties in the area and you will recognize the value.
The owner is very hands-on and proud of the renovation.
This is a TOTAL MUST STAY option in the area

Nice enough for price.

The room was clean at arrival. Daily cleaning service was not provided. Every other day was the cleaning schedule. I was there two days so I didn’t get maid service.

The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The room was tiled so the beach sand didn’t soil any carpeting.

The room served it’s purpose for me and saved money over staying at othe beach hotels.

Well. This hotel is everything it says it is in the brochure, it's just the very bare minimum of what it says. It's clean and quiet. It was an apparent inconvenience checking in at 6 something pm the attitude was key in figuring that out. It took a long time to check in seriously like 30 minutes. If you use the " do not disturb" door hanger keep in mind they still knock on the door so it's kinda useless. Now the oddest and last thing about my 3 nights there was they had the office section of the horseshoe driveway coned off. If you want to call a Lyft or Uber maybe a friend to pick you up it's a 15 point turn to get back out of the driveway. I know very little about driveways but my untrained eyes saw nothing wrong with it. I mean no black holes or voids to a different dimension. Look flat and smooth with no potholes either. Personally I think they didn't want to be bother by the guests coming and going.

This really is an excellent little place to stay amongst some of the giant resorts on Treasure Island. The air was ice cold, the room was clean, and had everything you need to cook utensil wise. It isn't beachfront but it is waterfront and directly across from the beach on Gulf Blvd. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Staff very friendly, beds are super comfy and the best part was just being a short walk from many shops restaurants and the beach access across the street! Love it here! Have been more than once.

We live locally, and we love the peacefullness of this property. The pool is next to the road but is secluded by palms, its romantic, perfect spot. Owners are very nice, Helped me when i didnt see cleaning girl. I will continue to refer them to all my friends and family. They made my Birthday weekend Special. Thanks Again
