Pros:

Very close to the station which was great for me and what i needed.

Cons:

The heating is centrally controlled so you have no control over the heat of your room. You can ask for a heater/air conditioner, however when I went to bed it was ok temp, when i woke it was far too hot. Also no light switch to turn off main lights.

The heating was loud and made sleeping difficult. Honestly this was the worst night sleep i had in Japan sadly.
