The staff was over the top and trying to assist my wife and trying to locate her aunt
Pros:

We came to visit looking to see my wife’s aunt and the hotel staff helped try to locate her. Unfortunately, we did not see her, but the staff was excellent in their efforts.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything negative I could say about this place

Quality and convenience
Pros:

Location, right by the station, was excellent for access and getting around the area by train.

The room was comfortable and we had a high room, with a great view.

Cons:

The centrally controlled air conditioning meant that all rooms were subject to 24 degree Celsius heating, which was really uncomfortable. The heating comes on whenever you enter the room, so you need to manually disable it.

The hotel provided a Dyson air fan to help, but it would obviously be preferable to either have individual room control or the ability to change temperature per room.

Pros:

・立地が素晴らしい点
・スタッフのホスピタリティ(チェックイン時にエレベーターまでエスコートしたり、バイキング会場では、出るときにエレベーターをすでに呼んでいたり、その他気遣いや丁寧でにこやかな対応など)
・各階に無料のウォーターサーバと氷が用意されている点
・他に高い建物がないので眺めが良い点

Well located hotel
Pros:

Very handy to the station. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great view. We were given Valentines Day chocolates. The room was a bit cramped. but still comfortable enough. We had lounge access. There are a limited number of drinks to choose from, but we were happy with the selection. There was also a variety of hot and cold nibbles from 5-7pm. We enjoyed the glass elevator.

Cons:

At breakfast the queue sometimes blocked proper access. We don't understand the purpose of the curtained off counter? Shower over a shallow bath - not conducive to a real soak.

The ideal place to stay when in Okayama!
Pros:

I had room 1627 and upon walking into the room I had a panoramic view of the city and surroundings; it was stunning.
The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. I did however ask the second day for extra pillows as the pillows in the room were too soft. They have a list to choose from.
The location was spot on, next to the train station but no problems with noise from the incoming or outgoing trains.

Cons:

The first set of cushions were too soft for me but as I mentioned if you ask at the front desk they have a cushion menu.
