Accès facile et direct à la gare de Okayama
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Personnel attentionné. Emplacement idéal pour les déplacements en train.

Cons:

J’aurais préféré un matelas plus ferme. La climatisation centrale ne permet pas de régler la température dans la chambre. La SdB aurait avantage à être rafraîchie.

Pros:

IHGはコストしか考えてないので居心地がよいとはいえない。ベッドくらい？

Cons:

部屋にほとんど何も置いてない、水すら。アメニティを受付時にほしいものを言わせるのもだるい、こちらは疲れてるのに。新聞も1紙だけ。朝ごはんもギリギリ及第。

Enjoyed our stay and would book again
Pros:

The location is superb for what we needed it for. Okayama was our base for 3 nights but we did 2 day trips during our stay. Being so close to the train station (undercover bridge from station direct to the hotel) was such a godsend for saving us precious time during our day but also after a long travel day. It also meant we were close to amenities like convenient food etc. The access to the Sky Lounge was excellent and we utilised it every evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was a little smaller than expected.

Wäre gerne länger geblieben
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, immer verfügbar und aufmerksam.
Restaurant im 20. Stock mit schöner Aussicht und aufwendig gestalteten Gerichten.
Sehr gute Lage und klar verständliche Regelung zur Zimmerreinigung. Wasserkrug im Zimmer der durch den Wasserspender auf der Etage gefüllt werden kann.
