We had to go down there for a bad reason. But staying at this hotel was great.
Pros:

The people who worked there were very professional and very sweet.

Cons:

Joan, who works at the bistro was excellent. Lovely.

Cons:

On Sat and Sunday (3/7 and 3/8), the front desk lady was a bit rude. Asked for towels for the pool and extended my stay a day. She was not very friendly, acted like I was asking for the moon. The Friday evening lady at the desk was very friendly (March 6)

Both Friday and Saturday nights were extremely noisy from above me and beside me. It was hard to sleep and very late before my grandkids and I could sleep. I asked for a low floor room because I had grandkids and wanted to respect others in case they were a little heavy on their feet.
This is not a hotel problem though, other than poor acoustics.

Great option. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The room and facilities great! Comfortable. Clean. Lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Location super convenient near dine in theater, food options, and shops, and near the zoo and other towns close by.

Cons:

A bit pricey, but at least I was super happy with it.

1 night not the worst
Pros:

Thought it was a very nice hotel with a good layout

Cons:

Definelty needed to be cleaned better, rooms tub stopper was left closed so water was built in tub, gross, and didn’t get the correct size sheet for the pull out sofa which was annoying also

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

Customer service was stupendous!!

Cons:

The televisions need to be upgraded to SMART TVs... other than that I have zero complaints.

Oh....Cotton pillow option. Everyone doesn't like features.

Pros:

The hotel was ok. Wish we could have had room service.

Cons:

The porcelain soap dish fell off the wall while i was in the shower and hit my foot. You can tell it was glued back up a few times. Very dangerous and i didn't even touch it. Must have been the heat from the shower. I was shocked especially as much as the room cost per night.
