Cons:

A $50 charge was taken from my debit card. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work. When I tried to open refrigerator door, the refrigerator shiifted, causing refrigerator to move and disturb refrigerator cabinet housing. I brought incident to front desk person. The refrigerator cabin was made of particle board. Condesation from refrigerator loosened particle board. Because somebody had to do some repair work, I was punished. I didn’t like that.

Upon getting to the property they requested that I have a card on file they can charge a refundable $50 hold on.
It's been 23 days since I checked out of the hotel and the $50 hold on my card has not been refunded.

We were extremely disappointed 😞.
Pros:

One evening we ate at the hotel. The lady who prepared our meal was very nice and friendly. In fact she was the only staff person who was friendly. Noone else even smiled at us.

Cons:

We did not feel that we were treated with friendliness or respect. None of the staff smiled.. No breakfast was provided for free as in some Courtyard Marriotts. Our coffee machine was broken. I complained, but it was never replaced. We stayed 5 nights. Our room was not cleaned until the 3rd day after I complained. I thought the Marriott brand would assure a good hotel, but I was mistaken.

We had to go down there for a bad reason. But staying at this hotel was great.

Great option. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The room and facilities great! Comfortable. Clean. Lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Location super convenient near dine in theater, food options, and shops, and near the zoo and other towns close by.

Cons:

A bit pricey, but at least I was super happy with it.
