위치는 최고 입니다. 걸어서 웬만한 곳은 다 가볼 수 있는 위치예요. 그리고 가성비가 훌륭합니다. 이 가격에 5성급 호텔에서 묵을 수 있다는 것은 믿어지지 않습니다. 시설도 좋고, 직원들도 일처리도 빠르고 친절했습니다. 다시 대련에 간다면, 또 여기서 숙박할 것 같습니다.
객실에서 내려다 보는 전망도 훌륭하고, 수영장과 헬스클럽도 투숙객에게는 무료입니다. 지하에 파울라너 맥주펍이 있는데, 숙박객에게는 15% 할인이 됩니다. 라이브 밴드의 생음악이 있고, 맥주 가격도 서울보다는 저렴한 듯 합니다. 파울라너 500cc 한잔이 58위안 정도 하는것으로 기억하는데, 15% 할인받으면 서울과 비슷한 수준이예요.

Cons:

아침 조식뷔페는 기대했던 것 보다는 조금 질이 떨어졌습니다. 평범한 수준의 4성급 조식뷔페 수준입니다. 음식맛은 평범하였고, 2일간 동일한 메뉴였습니다. 조식뷔페가 1인당 200위안 정도로 알고 있는데, 중국에서 200위안에 먹을 수 있는 평범한 수준의 뷔페와 동일하거나 조금 떨어질 정도 입니다.

Pros:

さすが高級ホテルと言う風格。部屋の広さ、大きめのバスタブ（しかもすぐにお湯が溜まる！）と特大サイズのバスタオルなど、一流ホテルだけある。ただ、スタイリッシュな蛇口が思いの外使い難かったのは残念。

solid hotel great location
Pros:

the pool was closed so that was disappointing. the gym was nice but a bit smelly, could use some disinfecting regularly. the front desk upgraded our room so we really appreciate her making our stay nice. the cleaning staff was also great.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, täglich 4 frische Flaschen Wasser, Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer.

Cons:

Hotel bzw. Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge gehören erneuert.

The location was great.

Cons:

Didn't like the non-smoking room as it had obviously been smoked in before. Was upgraded to a suite. Didn't like that the Paulaner bar allows smoking and service in the bar was poor.. The building is old and tired looking.

設備が古い、部屋がカビ臭い。トイレの便座が冷たい。
朝食まずい、野菜炒めの味がしない。従業員質が低い。お湯とミネラルウオーターと混ぜたら，ピンク色になって、怖かった。気分が悪かった。従業員に聞いたら，ボトルを掃除する洗剤が残ってるからだと説明されました。
食事する気分にならなくなかった。
もう二度泊まりたくないホテルです。

フラマホテルに変更して、よかったです。
同じぐらい金額で、フラマホテルおすすめです。朝食も美味しいし、部屋も綺麗。

No parece un Hotel Kempiski
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien pero muy anticuado y descuidado. No es lo que esperas encontrar cuando vas a un hotel Kempiski. No obstante, calidad-precio está bien. Mucho mejor mi estancia el año pasado en el Intercontinental Dalian.

Pros:

部屋に入ってカードキーを差し込むと伝統がつくのと同時に空調も自動的にオンになる。冷房はまだ寒かったのでいちいち切った。室内ごとの室温の調整ができるのはよい。連泊の時は「清掃をお願いします」の札をノブにかけておかないと掃除されないので注意。冷蔵庫があればもっとよかった。
