Unhappy Guest
Pros:

The hotel is nice, room was lovely with a balcony. Great location as there is alot going on, with surrounding shops and resturants.

Cons:

We have stayed here twice now and both occasions, staff havent been very welcoming and appear miserable, not good at all. Front of house need to be welcoming or even a smile.
