Il cattivissimo odore nel bagno, telecomando della tv guasto, porta del bagno che si chiudeva difficilmente

Camera molto spaziosa e con tutti i confort.
Pulizia molto buona.
Apprezzato il minibar rifornito di Acqua e altre bevande, in questo periodo hanno allietato il mio rientro in hotel.
Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Firenze con la tramvia.

Da migliorare la colazione, avrei gradito maggiore offerta tra dolce e salato

Pros:

Accoglienza, pulizia della camera e colazione ottima. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici e non avere il problema del parcheggio.

Schlicht, zweckmässig, überbewertet

Nöhe zwischen Autobahn und Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Achtung, diverse Stolperfallen durch kleine Absätze im Gang und im Zimmer!
Frühstück: Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets mittelmässig. Mussten nach Kaffee fragen, sonst hätten wir keinen bekommen (es waren insgesamt 5 Gäste im Frühstücksraum). Hatten nicht wirklich das Gefühl willkommen zu sein, auch der Rezeptionist schien bei der Ankunft wie bei der Abreise nicht unbedingt motiviert zu sein. Das unnötige Warten beim Check-out hat wirklich genervt.
