The decor, ambience, location, professional and helpful staff, service and relaxing atmosphere. just a fabulous stay. The restaurant food is beautiful , sea bass baked in rock salt and the crepe suzette were outstanding! The grounds are beautiful, the pool, the beautiful wisteria surrounding the seating area and orange jasmine , and you can relax and have lunch or just drinks with a view overlooking the sea. It is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff and thank you Ermelinda on the reception, you were so delightful and helpful . Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding grounds and views. It is a very peaceful hotel.
Everything was simply perfect! The garden is stunning, the views breathtaking, the building and furnishings tasteful, not ostentatious just classy. Everything is kept very clean. We ate almost every night at the hotel restaurant and were never disappointed (super chef even compared to the one star restaurant next door). The massages are highly recommended. Finally, what made our stay was the staff, especially the persons at reception and in the restaurant/bar. Our particular thank you goes to Giovanni and Franco who were so nice, highly professional and competent, attentive and kind, but never intrusive, we almost felt like leaving friends behind when our holiday was over. We had the best time and will definitely come back next year!

The location is perfect - it’s a short, pleasant walk to the bustling Piazza Tasso (the heart of Sorrento), yet it feels like a private sanctuary tucked away from the tourist crowds.
The Gold Standard of Service: Ermelinda
While the views are breathtaking, it is the people who make this hotel feel like home. A special mention must go to Ermelinda at the concierge desk. She is a true miracle worker! Navigating tours to Pompeii, wineries, cooking classes, or boat charters can be overwhelming, but Ermelinda handled everything with effortless grace. Her local knowledge is endless; she didn't just "book tours," she curated experiences.
Every recommendation she made—from the timing of our departures to the specific guides she selected—was flawless. Her warmth and dedication made us feel like VIPs.

The location was perfect. In the middle of the center and close to all shopping stores. The best thing about the trip was the staff. They are very professional, helpfull, friendly, and they go way beyond thier job to make you feel comfortable. With all honesty, the staff made our trip so perfect

Posizione e vista straordinaria sul Golfo, Napoli e il Vesuvio. Le camere sono arredate con gusto. La pulizia è impeccabile.
La cucina non è a livello di un 5 stelle, a mio avviso. Non offre l’esperienza culinaria di alto livello che mi aspetto da una struttura di lusso, in particolare il manca di autenticità e un’identità nella composizione del menù che offre piatti internazionali.
