The location was perfect. In the middle of the center and close to all shopping stores. The best thing about the trip was the staff. They are very professional, helpfull, friendly, and they go way beyond thier job to make you feel comfortable. With all honesty, the staff made our trip so perfect

Amazing Hotel, brilliant staff, superb food. The whole 4 days were outstanding, restaurant food was awesome and the staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel even put a bottle of champagne in our friends room as it was his birthday.
The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and anything we asked for was sorted quickly.
The night it was raining they were giving out umbrellas to everyone going out.
All the staff are so friendly and sociable
I would go back again as soon as we get the opportunity, it was so relaxing, and an enjoyable experience..

The first apartment the host put us in had no shower door , it was waiting to be replaced! Yet they still thought it was ok to put tourists in!!
We complained and initially were told there was no other aartment but luckily we bumped into the property manager who intervened on our behalf and we were moved to an apartment next door which was all good.
We found a great cafe close by for breakfast but there was a bit of a walk to the downtown area. So many tourists!
Sorrento was charming with great food. A car is not needed to get around.
We booked a trip in a minivan down th Amalfi Coast and that was memorable with stops at Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. I only wish we had more time at each town but as it was, the trip took a day. The road is narrow and meeting a bus coming the other way around a corner was an experience! The local drivers were excellent and could pass with only inches between vehicles.

The last 3 days of our 2 weeks on the Amalfi Coast were spent at this MAGNIFICENT hotel. The staff always RAN to my aid since I use an electric scooter . . . they offered their arms to hold onto whenever I had to step off of the scooter . . . they placed ramps down on steps wherever I went. They were just amazing!

The room was impeccable, very large, and accommodating for my husband and me. The beautiful tiled sunken tub and shower was simply EXTRAORDINARY! We felt so pampered. The bathroom items are from the highest-quality brands and are very exclusive. The balcony with full view of the sea was lovely and we enjoyed watching all of the boats come in and out of the marina.

The hotel restaurant is better than most high-end eateries. The Gnocchi alla Sorrentina is so delicious, we ordered it every day! The buffet breakfast overlooking the sea and Bay of Naples is breathtaking.

The grounds to lounge around on, or use the huge pool is like a dream, so green and lush. And even in a city, there is perfect peace and quiet. The hotel is a brief 15-minute stroll to the city center and Piazza Tasso.

This is a hotel experience that we highly recommend and will return to each and every time we are in the region!

It’s beautiful! The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The ground were beautiful and there is so much room to find a private place to lounge and enjoy. The staff was very helpful. We took a private boat tour to almalfi coast and I felt happy, after visiting those towns, that we stayed in sorrento. It’s less crowded and charming.

I stayed at this hotel on 24/09/2025 with my mother it was her 80th birthdayErmelinda greeted us at the desk when we checked in she showed us to our room she had given us a full sea view beautiful room and a welcome bottle of champagne and had allowed my family to surprise my mother by allowing her to hide in the room and decorate with balloons the hotel is beautiful the choice of breakfast is fantastic and staff are polite unfortunately four days into our holiday my mother fell all staff was very helpful and a ambulance was called unfortunately my mother had fractured her femur and had to stay in hospital also we were due to checkout of the hotel on 30/09/25 but as of the accident I needed to stay in Italy longer the hotel was fully booked the hotel manager arranged with his co manager philipo to arrange alternative accommodation for me with there sister hotel Capodimonte which was a 5min walk from the hospital this hotel was very accommodating and I will also write a review however I would like to thank you all for your help and kind wishes for my mum she is making a good recovery Ermelinda you are such a beautiful and kind lady hopefully we will visit this hotel again in the future

Room and the view.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular, a wonderful way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt luxurious.
