Avevamo già soggiornato per le festività natalizie, quindi sapevamo cosa aspettarci. Ma vogliamo ringraziare in particol
Pros:

La comodità di avere il mare subito fuori dalla struttura. La piscina esterna molto bella e anche ben tenuta. Anche le vasche della talassoterapia tenute bene e in un ambiente molto particolare ( riproducono una grotta), peccato per i lettini in legno, qualcuno rovinato dall’umidità. Una menzione speciale alla colazione: vasto assortimento di tutto, cosa che per me è fondamentale, dato che se la giornata inizia bene prosegue meglio…

es ist schwierig in so einem alten Hotel den 5 Stern Standard zu halten
Pros:

Frühstück super/ Strand: Die Anlage wurde sicher in den letzten Jahren gemacht! Der Strand ist perfekt auch das Rest und die Räume dazu sind in einem perfekten Zustand !! Zimmer: Es ist ein altes Hotel und es fehlt überall an Kleinigkeiten! Duschkopf total verstopft. Türen die man nicht richtig schliessen kann! Es fehlt ein gutes Handwerker Team das diese kleinen, störenden Sachen beheben würde.

wie gesagt überall kleine Sachen die nicht 5 Stern würdig sind: Pflanzen die nicht gepflegt sind Gehwege die gepfelgt wenden sollten

Wieder ein schöner Urlaub in der Toskana.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Personal am Strand äußerst motiviert!!!!

Cons:

Im Spa Bereich haben nicht alle Düsen funktioniert.
Ich habe es angesprochen, teilweise gingen dann die Düsen.
Aber z.B. in Pool Nr. 3 ging der Wasserfall nur selten.
Die Gäste halten sich nicht an die Vorgaben für die Benutzung der Pools.
Dies wird vom Personal nicht geprüt bzw. abgestellt.
