Ottima posizione, colazione eccellente, camera comoda e confortevole. Accesso alle terme molto comodo ed apprezzato.
Hotel położony jest w parku przy plaży. Dużym atutem hotelu są baseny w grotach z podgrzewaną wodą i spa. Bardzo dobrze przygotowana prywatna plaża z zapleczem gastronomicznym i piękny basen zewnętrzny. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Sprzatanie pokoju nawet dwa razy dziennie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Hotel przyjazny psom.

The cave pools were lovely. The location on the beach was great. The room was big as was the veranda.
This is not a 5 star location. It is old and is in serious need of a revamp. The service was not 5 star. The staff were nice but they were not as attentive as should be. It was like a ghost town during the day. The bed was very hard, it was big as it was two singles pushed together, with no topper, so there was a hard hole down the middle. Everything was very very expensive and getting anywhere from the location without your own vehicle was expensive. It was definitely not worth the money. Disappointing!!

La gestione non è da 5 stelle così come arredi e finiture. Il servizio in spiaggia un po da rivedere : c’è possibilità di ordinare all’ombrellone ma nonostante fossimo in 20 clienti la comanda si perdeva …
A pranzo non era certo trovare un tavolo per pranzare al bar/risto della spiaggia perché prendono prenotazioni da fuori.
Più di una volta La tessera della nostra camera è stata presa e poi “persa” dalla signora che puliva la stanza e ci è stata consegnata la tessera di un’altra camera per sbaglio.
Da rivedere l’organizzazione di questi dettagli
Lovely salt water spa and outdoor pool. Spacious, relaxed and quiet - never a problem getting a sun lounger. A genuine highlight of the hotel and at several points during the day we had it to ourselves - got busier later on in the afternoon.
Lovely staff at the pool and pool bar. It's great to be able to swim up and order a drink. Great cocktails and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was excellent and varied - really good selection and good quality.
Spacious bedroom and it was a nice touch that my son had his own bath robe for the spa.
Not what I would consider a five star restaurant - bit chintzy and faded decor.
When we arrived our floor was not clean - very gritty. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was resolved quickly.
Strange and confusing layout with hotel room a long walk down corridors.
Found the hotel and our room a bit dingy. No balcony and net curtains = minimal light. But if you're being kind you could say it kept everything cool.
Definitely caters to an older Italian crowd - not a problem until you mix that with boisterous kids around the pool - said older Italian clientele complained about splashing and my son was told off for swimming too fast. Something to consider if you have energetic kids who like to splash around in a pool (don't most kids?)
Evening meal restaurant food is average and I think caters mostly to half board customers. There is an a la carte menu too but it's nothing special and any salads/vegetable sides come from the buffet. There are other restaurant options a short walk away in the village though.

Personale sempre cortese ed efficiente
Stanze pulitissime e ben gestite. SPA e piscina perfettamente fruibili. Reception precisa e puntuale. Anche la spiaggia è comoda, con tutti i servizi e personale gentile.

L'accesso diretto al mare sulla spiaggia di Marina di Castagneto Carducci non ha prezzo e le docce di acqua dolce attrezzatissime sia calde che fredde! Un'organizzazione piu' che perfetta.
Le 5 piscine interne e quella esterna non si poteva stare: strapiena di candeggina e non si poteva tenere gli occhi aperti dal bruciore. No sinceramente datata la parte della Grotta e della talassoterapia. La stanza era piccina. I mobili e le porte datate e rovinate. E sinceramente per l'elevato costo di 1 notte in doppia con nessun tipo di vista, solo del verde del giardino, speravo almeno di avere 2 caffe' doppi lunghi inclusi nel totale, invece non facevano parte della 1a colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Altra cosa che non mi e' piaciuta: siamo arrivati domenica 19 luglio.ed alla sera ha suonato una bravissima pianista e nessuno a parte me e qualche sporadico cliente applaudiva. Era molto brava ed ha spaziato da Enya ad Einaudi ad altre fantastiche melodie americane ed internazionali, ma ha suonato 3 ore e non so credo ci fosse una clientela non molto interessata. Io vengo dal mondo della musica classica grazie al mio nonno tedesco ed ero sinceramente rattristata per la pianista che si era impegnata a suonare pezzi bellissimi.
