Vista bellissima e staff meraviglioso
Pros:

Staff molto disponibile e professionale. Reception sempre disponibile e gentile pur avendo reclamato i diversi difetti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera ed è stato risolto con gentilezza.
Colazione molto ricca con tante torte fatte in casa.
Camera molto spaziosa.
Terrazza con vista meravigliosa.

Cons:

Non è accettabile che in un hotel a 5 stelle ci sia un erogatore doccia difettoso, un dispenser doccia difettoso, e Non è normale che la camera sia fredda e la ventilazione non funzioni.
sicuramente sistemato in 2-3 ore ci hanno dato 3 piumini e hanno sostituito i pezzi difettosi.
Non ho capito perché hanno chiesto altri 20.- € per il balcone, quando in fase di prenotazione booking avevo selezionato la camera con vista parziale mare già ad un prezzo superiore rispetto allo standard.
SPA con temperatura interna per me con 4-5
Gradi in meno. Ancora da asciutti non si riusciva a camminare e si sentiva freddo. Acqua vasca in teoria calda ma intorno ai 30’.
Vasca con nuoto controcorrente non funzionante.
Massaggio pagato in 2 secondo prezzo 5stelle ma sinceramente non all’altezza delle quotazioni.

The weather was great so after begging for a chair we enjoyed quiet beach time. Sun was the best part

Beach and grotto . Beach was dirty and all closed up. While it was off season it was a hassle to get a chair. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Grotto water first day smelled strange , second day was better . Food and drinks were expensive and terrible . 2 meals hamberger meat tasted off , lamb what was poor cooked fatty and tiny potion . Ofers lobster tail and I got 4 little shells some with out meat, Total is 3 bites. The bread was stale. We need accessible room and bathroom was impossible to get into . Maybe on season better but stay away

Śniadanie było ok.

Cons:

Wybrałem pokój superior z częściowym widokiem na morze. To nie prawda. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy pokój bez balkonu (chociaż był w ofercie) z widokiem na jakiś budynek. Po interwencji - niechętnie - pokazano mi dwa inne pokoje- żaden nie był jak w opisie. Obsługa przygotowywała hotel do przyszłego sezonu, więc nie było żadnych stolików na tarasie i innych obiecywanych w ofercie atrakcji. Wszędzie coś malowano, sprzątano. Na plaży- wszystko zamknięte łącznie z barem. A pogoda - 18-19 st., słońce. Na basenach wewn. kazano założyć nam czepki (używane!- wyprane) -nie wiem po co, gdyż były z materiału, który i tak nie zatrzymywał wody. resort -5 gwiazdek - to co najmniej o jedną za dużo.

In generale è stata un esperienza molto positiva, la struttura un po datata ha bisogno di cure e manutenzione, anche le piscine vanno manutentate. In alcune vasche ci sono dei buchi!! Colazione da 5 stelle vere!!!! Camera easy, in certi ambienti porte e infissi logori e battiscopa staccati non è che piacciano molto. Giardino esterno favoloso

Darei una svecchiata all'ambiente!! Molto anni 90.
La cura degli ambienti è fondamentale, diciamo che c'è tutto,non manca niente ma al limite.
Una bella rimodernata farebbe sicuramente bene sia alla clientela che alla struttura
