Tubac Golf Resort & Spa

What a wonderful getaway at historic Tubac Resort and Spa! The room was a fabulous mini suite, the grounds and views amazing. The food at the restaurant was outstanding! We will be back.

Lovely historic hotel. I have been looking forward to staying there for years! I had understood that they had a fabulous 4th of July event, but when checking in, found that they did the fireworks on the 3rd and our closest options were over 30 minutes away. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all. Said that the King room we reserved was "out of service for maintenance" and they downgraded us to a double queen and charged the same amount. Then she said that if we call direct instead of using expedia, they may be able to accommodate them. Never again!!!

I don't know its official rating, but this is a five star property to me. And located in a five star setting of beautiful desert and towering mountains.

Love Tubac!! This is our 3rd visit to Tubac and we enjoy our stay each and every time. This resort represents the south-west at its best. Quaint and beautiful with spectacular mountain views.

We spent two days and enjoyed the amenities of this beautiful resort. The food at Stables was great and the staff was friendly. Our king room was beautiful and quite spacious. All in all it was the perfect relaxing get-a-way!

The housekeeping staff was very honest. We left a ring and a wallet in the room and they turned it in to the front desk.

Excellent but there was a cd in the room to play but neither the dvd player worked nor did the cd mini stereo. We weren't there for tv but would have been nice.

The room was excellent. We had a gas fireplace in the corner and very comfortable furniture. Except the bed. It was soft and saggy. Otherwise, we would have rated this 5-star.

Beautiful resort with comfortable and clean casitas. Would love to stay here again! Close to the Tubac art markets. We also enjoyed eating in their restaurant.

And the pool and hot tub were heated and open plus secured.

had visited the resort a number of times in the past. however, this was the first time we stayed over. cannot say enough about the room. it was over the top with amenities from the fire place to the outside patio. had dinner at Stables it was excellent. note on sunday all bottles of wine on their list is 1/2 price. cant beat that. do yourself a favor when visiting Tubac do not stay anywhere else. dod i mention the golf
