...disgusting!
The breakfast service is also significantly worse. I'm thinking to change my choice of hotel next time 8n Nice.

Wow, perfect hotel for our trip. Loved it. Clean and tidy and modern facilities. Really comfy bed and good air con.
5 minute walk from Terminal 1. Trams and train station available within a 5 minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was a little hit and miss in The Balm when it was busy (forgotten/wrong items) but corrected quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the airport and steps from the tram and the train to go just about anywhere! Room was nice and clean and the staff are all very helpful with everything and are very knowledgable. The breakfast is very fresh and tasty and so much choice. I wasn't crazy about their lunch/dinner menu but that's a minor detail. Not much to do near the hotel so to eat or drink (other than at the hotel) you have to take the tram (steps from the hotel) to Old Nice which is just beautiful and only 10 mins away by tram.

All in all very good stay. Reception very helpful especially Paula who was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the different cities that we wanted to visit during our vacation.

We arrived quite late in the evening, so there were no shops open however another member of staff (a women) helped out by loaning us a UK/EU adaptor, we forgot ours back in London. I know she searched high and low but eventually found one (I think it was the last!). We were able to charge our phones overnight and I was able to use my curling tongs in the morning which was a result 😀.

Breakfast was ok, could have done with a bit more variety but we were able to find something we liked.

Rooms and beds very comfortable. Room service was fab, cleaned each day.

We had a fab time in Nice and the Crown Plaza was great, would certainly return.

Occupied room, but otherwise a great stay
Pros:

A good hotel, though the only problem was our hotel room had someone else's clothes in it when we arrived. The receptionist was quick to change our room, and offered us a minimal upgrade.
We slept well in spote of the shock. The air conditioning was most welcome.
Great selection at breakfast though the space was very hot as the doors were left open so the air con could not work. Great omelette.
