Excellent. Was able to relax in pool and spa after a long day of travelling. They helped me with parking and we're very attentive.

The only issue I had was that my room had a strong smell of cooked meat... I assume from previous guests that might have cooked some steaks on the stove.

the property is long overdue for a renovation. We were quite surprised by the level of the rooms and the bathroom, which do not look like the photos in any way. the wood is old there is rust around the lanterns, carpets are worn out. The only good thing is breakfast. we are upgraded because we decided to leave in the middle of our stay. The rooms are capacious, but would close this down till it is renovated. staff is very helpful

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the area is very safe. We had a suite with Burj view and really enjoyed it. Abdul was kind and pleasant. He was always there to help us with our needs. We only interacted with Atif briefly, but really appreciate his help with our transportation needs.

Also, they should mention they serve no alcohol at all at the property, not even at the restaurant, as it is a "dry hotel".

The staff at the Villa Rotana were lovely, very friendly and answered all our questions. We arrived at the hotel 6 hours before our check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for us so we could rest. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend the Villa Rotana to family and friends and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

After browsing over a myriad of hotels in Dubai and choosing Villa Rotana solely on the reviews, I'm glad that I did. Exceptional place through and through, everyone in the hotel will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and treat you as family.
All the facilities at the hotel are top notch, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is amazing. Parking garage is secure and has plenty of room. There is also a supermarket a block away in case there is anything you need.
Location is fantastic, close enough to move around fairly easy and, at the same time, far away from all the hustle and bustle. We rented a car which I highly recommend if you go to Dubai, although traffic is completely crazy, but if that is not your thing, the metro station is about a block away, same as the bus stop.
There was a little faux pas on Expedia's end where they only let the hotel know of my booking the same day in the morning, even though I had booked my trip for about 2 weeks, but no big deal, the guys at the front desk quickly sorted everything out and we didn't waste a minute.
Big shout out to all the staff at the hotel and especially to Usman who promptly kept our room ready and clean every morning with a big smile!
I will be returning to Dubai and it's safe to say that Villa Rotana will be my only option.

Nice, near metro ( 5 min walk) and park ( 15 min walk), staff very professional, very good breakfast buffet, nice pool on the top ans gym access easy, carpet in our room stained but room clean. Good place to go.

Very nice property and great location.

My recent stay at Villa Rotana was overall a pleasant experience, thanks to the warm and accommodating staff and management. However, I suggest upgrading the mattresses for added comfort, widening the narrow parking area, and modernizing the entrance and lock systems for both the hotel and parking to provide a more seamless experience.

Excellent location close to all attractions and Metro stop. Rooms, facilities, cleanliness, staff are all good and makes for a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend
