Atendeu as minhas necessidades.
Pros:

O café da manhã tem o que é necessário para uma alimentação saudável.
A localização para a minha necessidade não poderia ser melhor, pois às 6:00 hs da manhã precisava internar minha esposa no Hospital Unimar e é só atravessa a rua.
