Özellikle hava karardiktan sonra ilk gidiş zorlu bir yol. Ama otele ulaşinca cennettesiniz ve birtek siz varsiniz. Misafirperverlik lezzetler kahvalti herşey çok güzel. Tavsiye ederim

Konak konum olarak çok yüksekte ama manzarası şahane, sabah uyandığınızda gördüğünüz manzara ve doğa sesi her şeye bedel. Tek eksi yanı bulunduğumuz odanın tuvaletinde koku vardı ve rahatsız ediciydi. Bunun dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Yolu çok eğimli ve yüksek olduğu için aracına güvenmeyenler gitmeden bir düşünsün.

İlgi ve alaka için ekibe çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
Her şey gönlümüzde dilediğimiz gibiydi.
Mutlaka bir daha geleceğiz.

Everything was just perfect

Great atmosphere that you feel above clouds!

It is quite a zig zag drive up the mountain, so if you are attempting the drive, make sure to have an SUV- otherwise cab it up. My room view was quite possibly the best view of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were more like a big family, so you get an AirBnB vibe here. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh and the menu was quite extensive and international. The saucy chicken wrap was out of this world delicious. Thanks to Seyma for arranging my tour to Huser plateau and giving me advice regarding going up. Special thanks to Tolga for actually accompanying me to Huser plateau to ease my anxiety of going up such an altitude! He was my superhero! He also was the one to assist me upon my initial drive up the mountain- guiding me on how and when to make turns etc, and was the one to actually drive me down the mountain upon check-out. I hope to revisit with family in the future. One downside was that there was no air conditioner in the rooms, and having to leave the windows open in the summer permits insects and bees to enter. But if one keeps the windows closed, then no problem at all except it gets really warm in the summer. Overall, I still highly recommend staying here as it is a hidden gem in the clouds with lovely staff and you do not want to miss this when visiting the Black Sea region!

Mükemmel bir deneyim, sisli bir havaya denk gelmemize rağmen muhteşem bir manzarası vardı, sabah uyandığımızda duyduğumuz kuş sesleri ve gördüğümüz o yeşillik insanı mutlu ediyor. Çalışanlar ve otel sahibi çok ilgili, çok güler yüzlü. Kahvaltıları ve yemekleri de çok lezzetli, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, özellikle de çocuksuz ailelere.

The hotel is excellent all around. The decor is just beautiful as well as the views. Service is top-notch. I can't say enough good things, Thank you very much to Delek and Orhan! I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience really high up the mountain. Very clean. Breakfast and dinner is good and fresh. They really take care of you. Hot showers. Amazing fireplace. Bonfire at night. Picnic tables outside with a great view. Stunning restaurant in a cave-like atmosphere. Small waterfall and I think a small pond or pool next to it that you can enter. Also, down the mountain are other restaurants and souvenir shops to enjoy "in town". We came in the winter so the only thing I can say is that the car ride up the mountain is actually 10 minutes long up a steep and narrow road. I think it would be fine in the summer but if you are visiting in the winter, it's almost impossible to get up to the hotel with that much snow and ice. I wish the hotel asked us to park our car at the bottom and have a taxi take us up. We got stuck mid-way when our snow tire broke (!) but Orhan was there to help us!

Odalarda ki tuvaletlerden akan çamurlu suyun banyolarda ki kokunun ve alttan üsten gelen yalıtımsız odaların rezilliğini düzeltmek gerekir. Hafta sonu kahvaltının 10 da bitmesi olumsuz tarafı. Manzarası çok iyi. çalışanlar guleryüzlü ve ilgili ancak genel olarak çok eksik var. Birde otele şoförlüğünüze ve arabanıza güvenmiyorsanız gelmeyin.

Karadeniz bölgesinde konakladığım en iyi oteldi. Buralara gelmeden isveç Norveç İsviçre’ye gidiyorsanız hata ediyorsunuz. Lütfen bozulmadan gidin görün yaşayın.

Amazing hotel! We've been on a week-long trip in the Rize region and this was the best experience of all of the hotels. The view is amazing and the hotel is pretty much new because it's totally renovated. The room was large with a wonderful view. The staff is polite and the breakfast spread is huge and delicious. If you're in the area and look for a place to stay - you won't regret if you stay here! P.S. You may need 4x4 vehicle for your drive up the road because it's rough (but if you're planning o drive around the area, you kind of have I anyway)
