Reaching hotel premises took more than expected due to traffic control. Clearer communication prior to our arrival of the parking location would have helped.

This time during our stay, we observed foul smell in master bathroom. It was coming from drain. Accumulate during the time we were out and apartment was close. We need to open windows to remove smell.

All in all we stayed at this hotel twice and would stay there again on our next visit to Dusseldorf
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped apartment
Excellent location - just a short walk to the old town where plenty of restaurants and coffee shops are around the area.

Cons:

Not suitable for wheelchair users . A lot of stairs to negotiate at the front of the hotel and no ramp. More stairs inside to reach reception
