Не возвращают депозит.
Pros:

Близко к выставке. Хорошие и чистые номера, удобная кровать. Станция метро тоже рядом. В общем, если вы приехали посетить выставку, то этот отель - хороший вариант.

Cons:

Самое главное - взяли депозит, при выезде сказали, что остаток депозита за разницей стоимости проживания (564 CNY) вернётся на банковскую карту в течение 5-7 дней. Прошло 2 недели - деньги так и не вернули. На запрос через booking.com не отвечают. На запрос в guest service team по почте gsm@cpshenzhenwecc.com - не отвечают. Абсолютное игнорирование клиента. Никогда с таким не сталкивался!
Район вокруг - пустынный. Рядом - только один магазин и ничего больше. Ресторан в отеле пои вечерам не работает, так что информация на booking.com неверна. Вместо ресторана можно заказать в номер несколько видов бутербродов, сендвичей, и это - всё.

Great hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good offering European and Asian food Especially nice was executive lounge acess. Very useful after long day have some good dinner and drink some coctails.

Pros:

酒店非常近雪場, 不用5分鐘計程車就到了。附近環境也非常好，酒店有免費單車出借，我們跟孩子兩個早上都靠著河邊單車路，踏了一個早上， 非常舒適。
房間空間非常大，保潔姨姨非常友善。推薦打算去雪場的有小孩家庭試試！

Cons:

如果有多幾輛孩子單車就更好，只有2輛兒童車(1 x 2輪, 1 x 輔助輪車)，每天早上也擔心借不上。

Pros:

As an American visiting China on business for the first time, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Much nicer than the Crowne Plaza's in the US. Much of the staff spoke English and all were very welcoming and did their best to help. The facilities are absolutely stunning with a gorgeous pool and a riverwalk right outside the hotel door. Robots deliver your take away and there's an ice cream vending machine in the lobby. It's one stop away from the Expo center and the metro (subway) is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was among the most extravagant I've ever seen. This is the equivalent of a 5 star hotel in the US.

Cons:

The location is a bit isolated. There are a few restaurants and convenient stores outside the hotel but that's about it. The food in the hotel (aside from the breakfast) was average.
