Pros:

The cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the well-organized space were excellent. I also liked the décor, the Wi-Fi, and the hotel's location close to the city center.

Cons:

The stairs, but that's a feature they can't change. The windows let light through even when closed. There is a lot of noise around in the morning and at dusk.

Fijn verblijf midden in Leiden
Pros:

Een betere locatie krijg je niet, midden in het centrum. We hadden een mooie Ruime kamer met fijne airconditioning ook had de kamer een ruime badkamer. Fijn dat we na het uitchecken onze tassen nog even konden achter laten.

Cons:

Niet helemaal goed schoon, vlek op het beddengoed. Onhandig met de online key ipv een normale kaart.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in Leiden. Lebhafte Gegend mit vielen Shops und Restaurants. Appartement mit Blick auf eine Gracht. Super.
Vorsicht: Steile, enge Treppe zu den Zimmern. Kein Lift.

handig hotel op mooie locatie, helaas zonder ontbijt
Pros:

mooie centrale locatie, ruime comfortabele kamer, makkelijk digitale sleutel, keurig schoon

Cons:

het stoort mij dat er tussendoor wordt schoongemaakt, voortaan graag vragen.
het is onhandig dat er geen ontbijt is (bars in de buurt openen pas om 8 uur).
de kamer is zwart geverfd en daardoor donker, en de stopcontacten zijn moeilijk te zien

Pros:

Fantastic location and lovely view from the Roald Dahl room. Very spacious and comfortable. Would stay again.

Cons:

Can’t say I’m a huge fan of using my phone as a key and carrying a power bank as paranoid would lose charge after long day out!
Bigger glasses in kitchen would be welcome.

Locatie. Bed was goed.

Cons:

Ik kreeg de airconditioning niet aan de praat. Het was erg warm. Ramen kunnen open maar niet vastgezet, dus stonden te rammelen. Een grote balk op schouderhoogte in het slaapgedeelte. Er stond een koffiemachine, maar een melkcupje was overtijd. 3 steille trappen naar boven. Ook in de slaapkamer naar het slaapgedeelte nog een trap.

A happy memorable stay. We loved it!
Pros:

Great central location. Great facilities.

Cons:

The stairs were a little steep and narrow and no view from our attic room. But these can’t be helped.

Pros:

The location is excellent and the facilities are really nice

Cons:

The room was really noisy. I could hear the music and people shouting in the bars and restaurants around until 1:00 am few days. I complained to the hotel "virtual" staff and they did not even reacted or offered any option. There was no housekeeping the fist day and only after complaining I got it the second day

Locatie prima, rest teleurstellend
Pros:

De locatie was het grootste pluspunt, heel centraal in Leiden.

Cons:

De kamer was onvoldoende schoon gemaakt, lag dikke laag stof op de nachtkastjes. Kamer was ruim maar ook een beetje onderkomen. Heeft duidelijk wat liefde nodig; kapotte vloerbekleding op trap, muren moeten nodig geverfd etc. Kamer miste ook sfeer en aankleding. Hing ook een nare geur (poepluier?) in het trapgat. Door het goede weer zaten de terrassen vol en daar kwam aardig wat geluidsoverlast vandaan.
