De locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum, heel gezellig straatje met veel terrassen. De gevel vond ik ook mooi.

Cons:

Voor de wel heel steile trappen had best even gewaarschuwd mogen worden!!!! Waarom was het raam op de zolderkamer dicht gespijkerd? In de woonkamer ontbraken steunen voor de ramen om ze open te kunnen zetten.

Prima verblijft, op een prachtige locatie midden in de stad.
Pros:

Ik vond locatie helemaal top. Er was geen ontbijt. Er waren voldoende mogelijkheden om in de stad iets te eten.
fijn dat je relatief makkelijk naar binnen kon, met een digitale sleutel.

Cons:

Ik vond de artikelen in de keuken wat karig, er was bijvoorbeeld geen koekenpan aanwezig. De balken op de slaapkamer waren erg laag, waardoor ik wel een paar keer mijn hoofd heb gestoten.

Perfecte locatie
Pros:

De locatie is perfect. De sfeer van de kamers, het oude pand waarin het zich bevindt, maken het warm en gezellig. Het was wat gehorig, maar dat kun je verwachten in zo’n oud pand op zo’n locatie. De accomodatie had oordoppen klaarliggen. Dus wij hebben heerlijk geslapen!

Cons:

Badkamer stonk enigszins, leek naar riool te ruiken. Wat minder aangenaam, maar is er een detail.

Nice place in an old building, but nicely refurbished with good modern facilities. Right in the centre of Leiden.

Cons:

In 1st floor front side room, street noise could be a bit annoying with the terraces full of people, but was ok when I was there.

A Disgusting excuse for a Hotel !!!!
Pros:

There is absolutely NOTHING to like about this place that is NOT a hotel. The stair access to the rooms is dangerous and how this place is able to operate as a hotel must be questioned. Although I booked and paid to stay in this place after doing a Risk Assessment I refused to stay there and booked into the Golden Tulip instead. Surely Booking.com have a Duty of Care to its patron to ensure the properties it promotes are safe????
This is not a place to stay at !!!!

Cons:

Everything, stair access to the rooms - dangerous. It is no wonder it is staffless as no caring employee would want to work there.
It really is not a hotel as the name suggests “CTY Books” !!!!!
