Gewoonweg super, op een toplocatie!
Pros:

Een super leuke locatie, midden in het centrum. Mooi appartement, met airco! Voor de periode waar wij in gingen, was dat heel erg fijn!

Pros:

The rooms have a very boutique / chic feel and the location was absolutely perfect. Coffee supply was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The stairs up to the rooms are a super tight spiral staircase. Trying to take your luggage up is really challenging.

Fantastic location, great people watching & very comfy bed
Pros:

The room was fantastic for people watching, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a great spacious countertop & the kitchen was nicely set up with coffee making facilities. We stayed in the Roald Dahl room on the canal side for two nights; Saturday night was one of those nights, which was concerning for us as some have said it's quite loud on the canal side, and it definitely was. Once the volume outside starting ramping up, I thought there was no way I'd get any sleep and my worst fear was coming true. As a long time earplug wearer with a snoring husband, I thought there was zero chance earplugs would block out all of the restaurant/street noise. I was wrong. I was absolutely ASTOUNDED at how well the earplugs provided in the lobby FULLY blocked ALL of the noise out & I had a great sleep! So relieved!

Cons:

Different furniture more conducive to eating and people watching in front of the windows would have been great, but we knew from the pictures of our room what our furniture set up was, so this wasn't a con - just a suggestion that a window table set up to take advantage of the people watching aspect for front facing rooms might be appreciated by others.

Great location, but be aware of steep stairs
Pros:

Perfect location close to everything. Fair price. Some of the rooms are really nice.

Cons:

The stairs are extremely steep - if your mobility is slightly impared do NOT book this. There is no elevator.

נהננו מאד, המדרגות עם מזוודות - מאתגרות.

קיבלנו את החדר העליון (8)
לעלות עם 2 מזוודות במדרגות הלוליינות לאנשים מבוגרים , היה די סיוט ( למרות הכושר המעולה).
מדרגות גם בתוך החדר למיטה.

Certainly on our Short List for next Visit
Pros:

Right in the centre of Leiden, market in front. Stylish design and I had a good sized room. Shopping nearby as well as nice restaurants on the channel.

Cons:

Just to note: difficult if not impossible to get there by car. We walked about 200m in the end.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer aan de voorkant van het pand op de eerste verdieping maar je kan de mensen op het terras horen praten. en op een vrijdagavond waar het tot 2:00 druk is op straat en ze om 6:00 de markt gaan opbouwen is dat geen succes.

Pros:

Excellent location. Beautifully decorated - very stylish. 10 min walk from the train station. Overlooking canal so opportunity to people-watch. Good restaurants/bars nearby.

Great location, stylish accommodation
Pros:

Great central location. Super view of the canal from the Roald Dahl room, with big windows. Some noise from outside, but to be expected in a city centre location, and ear plugs were available :)
Entry with phone link worked well.

Cons:

Very dark decor - stylish, but a bit dingy in bathroom + kitchen areas.
Kitchen facilities were welcome, but basic - lacking a chopping board and bread knife. It was adequate for making breakfast + lunches, but we would have struggled to eat a proper meal at the table.
Some shelter over the front entrance would be helpful - on a rainy day, it proved tricky to navigate unlocking the front door with a mobile phone without it (and us and our luggage) getting very wet!

Pros:

The cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the well-organized space were excellent. I also liked the décor, the Wi-Fi, and the hotel's location close to the city center.

Cons:

The stairs, but that's a feature they can't change. The windows let light through even when closed. There is a lot of noise around in the morning and at dusk.
