Prima stadshotel op toplocatie. Goede prijskwaliteit-verhouding.

Cons:

Het leek echt niet schoon. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk, door de gekozen materialen (zoals mat zwart) zie je ook echt alles. Ik denk daarom dat het net zo hygiënisch was als andere hotels, maar je hier de viezigheid beter zag.

Super sfeervol hotel op toplocatie
Pros:

Locatie, sfeer, koffie en thee op de kamer. Goed bed! Self service check in perfect.

Cons:

Erg leuke kamer 6, met trapje naar bed. Alleen balken zo laag dat je wel moet bukken. Voor de mensen die in de nacht richting badkamer willen opletten geblazen.
Make up spiegel ontbrak, ik kon echt niet zien waar de mascara terecht kwam.

Prima, zou deze kamer niet meer boeken door vele trappen

Cons:

Meer dan 40 trappen om de slaapkamer te bereiken… een uitdaging met minder goede knieën. Geen personeel, toegang met code. Zitgedeelte was op andere verdieping dan slaapkamer. Miste een bank met in zitgedeelte

Stylish accommodation in fantastic location.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel feel. Great location and spacious accommodation.

Cons:

Single glazed windows made it both a bit noisy from the street below (especially early Saturday morning when the market was being set up outside) and quite cold. It took quite a while to heat it up with the AC.

Heel goed meegevallen!
Pros:

De locatie was erg goed!

Cons:

Het duurde een dag voordat we het er warm genoeg kregen met de vloerverwarming en de dunne ramen.
We hoopten op zicht aan de straatkant, maar de kamer zelf was door de indeling wel echt ideaal.

Super locatie en mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op een mooi stukje Leiden.
Pros:

De locatie is top in het centrum van de stad en de kamer is ruim met een kingsize bed. Heerlijk. Alles is aanwezig en netjes schoon. Ik had een kamer met uitzicht over de gracht en terrassen. Echt heel bijzonder. Een ontdekking.

Cons:

De geluidsoverlast van de mensen buiten 's avonds door de ramen heen, die beter geïsoleerd zouden kunnen zijn. Daardoor was er ook tocht dichtbij het bed. Het is natuurlijk een oud pand. Voor mij geen probleem, maar minder geschikt voor oudere mensen en dat geldt ook voor de trappen.

Top accomodatie
Pros:

Locatie was perfect. Goed verzorgd ook. We hadden afwas laten staan om later te doen, maar toen we terug kwamen op de kamer was alles schoon en opgeruimd. Heel fijn.

Cons:

Het matras is sterk aan vervanging toe.

Wenn man nicht wirklich kochen kann, gehe ich lieber in ein Hotel, wo ich zum gleichen Preis auch noch ein Frühstück bek

Fantastische Lage, großartiger Ausblick.

Cons:

Schlecht ausgestattete Küche,
Es fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Pfanne, Salatschüssel, Schneidemesser , Nudelsieb.
Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit zu dunkel; es bräuchte mehr Lampen.

Compleet uitgerust stijlvolle loft midden in het centrum
Pros:

Locatie is in het centrum aan de gracht met overal horecagelegenheden en winkels. Mooi gestyled ruim loft met goede bedden en meubels. Pantry en koffiecorner met koffie en thee en ruime badkamer. Compleet voor een goed verblijf.Rustig gelegen aan de achterzijde ( uitzicht over daken)

Cons:

Duidelijk vermeld :erg steile smalle trappen naar loft!
Lampje bij het koffie en theeapparaat zou handig zijn ( is erg donker)en 1stopcontact voor twee apparaten.

Cons:

Inconsistent housekeeping. Towel not change on 2 days, toilet not clean, trash not cleared, rooms are super dusty! Bad ventilation in the toilet. Mattress on the left side of my bed is sunken, making sleep very uncomfortable. Booked for a double bed but can only sleep on 1 side.
