Lekker hotel in centrum stad
Pros:

Fijne centrale locatie, makkelijk inchecken (kreeg geen info over uitchecken dus denk ook makkelijk). Driepersoonskamer. Grote kamer, eigenlijk twee grote ruimtes. Grote douche en klein keukentje. Rustige kamer aan achterkant. Lekker geslapen!

Cons:

Hadden een kamer aan achterkant van pand, met geen/lelijk uitzicht en inkijk in kamers (al keek geloof ik niemand). Als ik dat vantevoren had geweten, had ik ergens anders kamer geboekt. Wel goed en rustig geslapen.
Schone kamers maar hoekjes en plafonds wel wat stof.

Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende, renovierungsbedürftige und überteuerte Unterkunft
Pros:

Lage super und schöne (aber mMn für die Räumlichkeiten unpraktische) Einrichtung. Kleine Küche war gut, sollte aber durch eine Pfanne ergänzt werden.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung absolut enttäuschend.
Wahnsinnig dunkles Zimmer, die dunkle (pflegeleichte) Wandfarbe war da keine Hilfe. Man sieht kaum ein Fleckchen Himmel durch die Fenster und es kommt kein Licht rein. Sehr deprimierend. Der große Duschkopf, der eine Regendusche verspricht, hat nicht funktioniert. Lediglich der wirklich kleine "Duschkopf", den man in die Hand nehmen musste. Duschen war dadurch nur nervig und kaum möglich. Nachdem ich eine Mail dazu geschrieben hatte, kam nur die rechte schnelle Antwort, dass sie sich kümmern würden. Passiert ist aber nichts, eine weitere Mail mit einem Update kam auch nicht. Die Tür zum Bad hat sehr laut gequietscht und die Türklinke war so lose, dass man die Tür kaum schließen konnte. Die Wände im Bad waren dreckig. Beim Staubwischen sollte insgesamt auch mal nach oben geschaut werden: viele staubige Spinnenweben. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörperspiegel. Vor dem einen Fenster sind gleich drei Lüftungen platziert, was eine dauerhafte, hohe Geräuschkulisse zur Folge hat. Die beiden Klimaanlagen in der Unterkunft ließen sich nicht per Fernbedienung einschalten, sondern nur per Knopfdruck am Gerät.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Second time I come to this hotel. It is lovely and confortable. It is in the best spot in town with the most wonderful view of Leiden Canal. The bed is comfortable and the room is very large. It has a kitchen that is well equipped. I will come again !

Cons:

The building is old so can be a little noisy especially when other people close their doors loudly.

Super mooi hotel, ruime kamers, prachtige locatie in het centrum

De locatie! Echt middenin het centrum

Cons:

Het uitzicht. We zaten helaas aan de andere kant dus weinig uitzicht.. maar gelukkig waren we er eigenlijk alleen om te slapen

A very nice place in the center of Leiden! Good to relax and enjoy the city!
Pros:

A very nice and cosy place in the center of Leiden. Just 10min walk from the train station. Beautiful view from our room to the town. We had a very nice and clean room. The digital keeys were easy to handle with a smartphone because there is no reception!

Cons:

All was good!
