Excellent location and breakfast and friendly staff
Pros:

Location was excellent for transport and access to wider city. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful with any problems.

Cons:

Initial room had shower issue, but they moved me rooms without issue

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de Booking ainsi que celle de l’hôtel par mail et via Booking et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse. Je dis bien jamais après plusieurs relances.

Pros:

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o hotel é bem limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom. Como pontos negativos, o elevador parou em um dos dias. O colchão já passou da hora de trocar. Na primeira noite, após uma biagem de 11 horas, ele até funciona. Mas nós demais dias, você percebe que seria melhor ter uma noitecde sono mais confortável.

Posizione comodissima, staff molto accogliente
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, distante qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria (Napoli Centrale) e dalla metro. Colazione molto buona e staff molto accogliente e preparato. Ho apprezzato anche i servizi di pulizia.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Good location, comfortable stay and everything worked well. Napoli Garibaldi Station is an easy 5-minute walk away. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. Overall, a very pleasant stay

L'hotel est agréable et très bien situé

Cons:

Les couverts en plastique et gobelets, bols et assiettes en carton ne reflètent pas le niveau du standing de l"établissement. Les jus et fruits en boite, cependant le petit déjeuner reste copieux.
