Worst experience in italy
Pros:

This was my first trip to Italy, and unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had in a 4-star hotel. I honestly don't understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars.

At 8:00 AM, I was woken up by loud maintenance work in the room next to mine, including drilling and hammering. I have a severe phobia of loud noises, so this was extremely distressing. I tried calling the reception, but the room phone wasn't working. I had to get dressed while panicking and go downstairs to ask for help. Most of the reception staff couldn't communicate in English, so a housekeeping employee came with me to speak to the maintenance worker. I was told the work was finished, but as soon as I returned to my room, the hammering started again as if my complaint had never been made.

Later, I requested housekeeping. When I came back, I found that only the bed sheets had been changed. The floor hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was still dirty, and there were both dead and live insects in the room that had not been removed.

That evening, since I was leaving the next morning, I asked to speak with the manager again. I was told the manager wasn't available and that no one was in charge. Instead, I was asked to send my complaint via WhatsApp. The worst part is that I had already sent a message to that same WhatsApp number 10 days before my arrival and never received any reply.

The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, unprofessional staff, and complete absence of customer service are unacceptable. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location for station and friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean and airy hotel with great location for train station and access to the city. Some great little bars and trattorias nearby. Reception staff (especially Vicenza and Sapna) were excellent… helpful and informative. Good buffet breakfast. Large room and bed (very comfortable) with great shower.

Cons:

A little “tired” in areas … could do with a bit of a tidy up. Breakfast was very busy a couple of days with staff appearing to struggle to replenish at times but overall no complaints.

El parking una estafa total.
Pros:

Todo muy limpio y correcto

Cons:

El parking es una estafa completa, nos cobraron el precio de un coche grande cuando el nuestro claramente no era grande, nos dijeron que era 50€/24h y a las 7:30 de la mañana ya estaba el coche fuera aparcado en la calle. Con dudas claras de que el coche no ha estado toda la noche en el parking, si no, en la calle.
Sin duda de aprovechan de los turistas y de la zona en la que están con los coches

Hôtel 4 étoiles… mais vieillot, vétusté qui commence à se voir dans les chambres, cordon de douche noir de moisissure, siphon bouché…et le petit déjeuner buffet possible jusqu’à 10h mais à 8h50 déjà pratiquement plus de viennoiseries.

Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto nulla perché non c'è stato nessun soggiorno, ma non a causa mia, a causa di terze parti. Noi volevamo annullare il soggiorno ma non ci è stato permesso. A causa di questo abbiamo perso i soldi e il personale non ha voluto trovare una soluzione.
