Pros:

The hotel’s location is convenient, especially because it’s a short distance from the train station. However, the surrounding area did not feel comfortable, with many people asking for money and the general atmosphere not being very pleasant.

The bed was comfortable, and I will say the staff was friendly and helpful, which was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of the room were disappointing. The bathroom shower was not clean, with a drainage gap filled with pebbles and dirt, and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, leaving an uncomfortable gap when sitting. Considering the price, I expected much better conditions.

Another concern was that the hotel keeps the room key whenever you leave the property, which made me uneasy about leaving my belongings in the room.

Overall, despite the good staff and convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Cons:

In conclusion, I did not like the poor cleanliness of the bathroom, the uncomfortable toilet setup, the unsafe feeling of the surrounding area, the policy of holding room keys, and the high price that did not match the quality of the stay.

Personale ottimo, colazione soddisfacente. Ambiente molto pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma la camera NON è da quattro stelle. Ho dovuto risintonizzare la TV perché non funzionava, niente moquette per terra, frigorifero con sole due bottiglie d'acqua da mezzo litro (se pur gratuite) e niente altro. Fortunatamente non era né caldo né freddo perché il condizionatore non funzionava. Arredo della camera... un letto matrimoniale,.uno singolo una scrivania e una sedia moooolto minimal. Bagno perfetto.

L'Hotel ha una posizione ottima per visitare il centro, lo staff dell'albergo è veramente di livello, stessa cosa non posso dire dello staff del ristorante: in sala la televisione era accesa e mentre stavo cenando non era piacevole avere i camerieri intorno al tavolo per guardare la partita.

Il grande valore è lo staff, tutti grandi professionisti disponibili e discreti. L' hotel è situato in posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, treni , metropolitana e circumvesuviana. La struttura meriterebbe qualche lavoro di manutenzione e magari, essendo a Napoli , a colazione ci vorrebbe un buon espresso invece che il caffè del distributore self service. Buona la colazione, caffè escluso, sufficientemente assortita.
