Классный отель!
Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, 5 мин пешком от вокзала.
Персонал очень дружелюбный. Нас встретили администраторы деликатный Gennaro и улыбчивая Clelia, спасибо вам обоим! :)
Быстрое заселение.
Хотя нас было двое, нам дали трехместный номер, поскольку нужны были две отдельные кровати. Номер просторный со своей просторной душевой. Все чисто, много полотенец и ванные принадлежности.
Комната чистая. Есть холодильник с приветственной холодной водой.
Есть Библия в комнате.
Если закрыть дверь от балкона, то в комнате очень тихо, но и так не особо шумно.
Завтрак разнообразный.
Рекомендую!

la camera non aveva le caratteristiche riportate nel vostro sito. Frigobar vuoto, nessuna insonorizzazione tant'è che abbiamo chiesto l'intervento della reception per far smettere di tenere un tv a volume alto di notte, nessuna presa di corrente vicino al letto con disaggi per caricare i nostri cellulare utilizzando delle prese basse e non vicine alletto, Mobili del bagno vecchi e pulizia fatta in modo superficiale

Tutto lo staff dell' hotel Vergiliis Billia è stato splendido, accogliente e professionale.
Abbiamo parcheggiato nel loro parcheggio convenzionato che si trova proprio di fronte all' hotel.
Un particolare merito va al ragazzo che si occupa del parcheggio, è riuscito a gestire un problema improvviso e non di sua responsabilità garantendo a noi clienti di non aver complicazione nella nostra permanenza.
Abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino piccolo e per posizione e cura nei dettagli , ristorante buonissimo e colazione più che soddisfacente, questo hotel è super raccomandato.
Dovremmo tornare a Napoli per Lavoro e sicuramente alloggeremo da loro nuovamente.
Bravissimi tutti continuate così ☺️

Cons:

The room smelled really weird; I don't know if it was sewage or how they clean the rooms. The room didn't have a small fridge like you can see from the pictures they have of the rooms. They said that I had to leave my key at the reception, which would be fine if the safe box were digital, but it worked with the key that you were supposed to leave at reception. Breakfast was about 90% sweets and most likely frozen items that you warm up.

Pros:

Só a localização, para o fim que eu queria, me serviu muito, ia para Sorrento precisava está próximo da estação central.

Cons:

Instalações antigas não foi nem o problema, o problema maior era que nada funcionava, frigobar, ar condicionado cidade bem quento em pleno junho. Deixou a desejar.

Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Et repas du soir pris au restaurant très bien. Sinon il y a plein de restaurants très proches.
Situation très bien pour visiter le centre historique grâce au métro à 2 pas.

Cons:

La literie n'était pas confortable.
Il manque également un coin bar dans l'hôtel.
Le service bagagerie est payant, pour un 4 étoiles c'est pas top.

Camera datata, mal arredata, letto matrimoniale con due materassi separati, impensabile per un 4 stelle. Una mattina ho avuto la spiacevole sorpresa di una visita di animale disgustoso fuoriuscito dallo scarico del bidet. Inoltre alla reception disponibilità zero; il giorno della partenza, h 6.30, con colazione pagata nella prenotazione, ho chiesto di poter avere un caffè prima di partire ma non mi è stato concesso, e la sala della colazione era già operativa. Insomma esperienza al di sotto della sufficienza.

Very comfortable beds, short distance to the Metro/Train Station. Plenty of towels

Noise/you could hear everything in the hallways.
When we first came the room had a musty scent which lingered until the next day. Maybe the airconditioning needs to be cleaned.
