Hotel is 2 blocks away from Naples Central Station. Convenient for us who was taking train but the surrounding is not nice.
The restaurant pizza and pasta were phenomenal! Cheap and delicious!
Surroundings.
It was very convenient to the central station, just one block off piazza garibaldi. It contained a good restaurant where an excellent breakfast was served. There are other good restaurants just across the street. The entire staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff were very helpful and cheerful.
The room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had an awkward design. The shower easily flooded and there was no bidet. The furnishings in the room were cheap and old. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel, but then, I really didn’t pay for a 4 star hotel, so no complaints. When you leave the hotel you can only go in one direction, because every other direction is filth and squalor.
sta in un punto centrale dove c'è un po' di tutto, personale cordiale tranne un cameriere che abbiamo visto solo la sera, ci si può spostare facilmente visto la stazione, letti comodi , stanze carine, colazione niente male
non c'è un bar dove sedersi e rilassarsi,purtroppo un ragazzo ci ha fatti accomodare in sala per prenderci qualcosa da bere ed è arrivato un cameriere rivolgendosi a noi con un modo un po così ""Ma tu che te vuò piglià?"io stando di spalle pensavo stesse parlando con il collega , invece no ... comunque per farla breve , ci è passata la voglia ...
La cortesia di Gennaro alla reception, prontissimo a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, lui ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.
Accoglienza
La Pulizia e il bagno non conforme a un 4 stelle la colazione? Non si può vedere a Napoli il caffè fatto con le macchine self service dopo che pubblicate caffè espresso e inaccettabile
Si lascia intendere che ci sia un garage (parcheggio auto). Per capire che non vi sia bisogna leggere attentamente.
Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con una cama y almohadas excelentes que permiten un descanso perfecto. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento, se esforzaron mucho para comunicarse con nosotros aunque no hablamos italiano. Ubicación inmejorable, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes y autobuses y muy cerca del centro. Sin duda repetiríamos.
Lo que menos nos convenció fue el desayuno buffet. Si bien cuenta con suficiente variedad en cuanto a bollería, la variedad de productos salados es escasa. Nos sorprendió que no hubiera nada de fruta disponible. Además, la calidad del café nos pareció bastante mejorable.
También tuvimos el inconveniente de que la ducha se embozaba con mucha facilidad.
El personal es excelente. Amables, eficientes, intentando ayudar siempre y con una sonrisa; y me refiero a todo el personal, desde las personas de recepción hasta los camareros y el personal de limpieza. Se agradece encontrar personas tan profesionales en un hotel.
Tanto la habitación como el baño, así como el resto del hotel, están limpísimos. Cambian las toallas cada día y limpian la habitación a fondo. Es una habitación y un baño muy, muy cómodos.
La ubicación es muy buena. Se llega en nada andando al centro histórico y está al lado de la estación de tren, metro y autobús. Aunque la zona de Garibaldi está bastante deteriorada, la calle donde se encuentra el hotel no parece en absoluto pelligrosa.
Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo si volviera a Nápoles.
Hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron: había muy pocas perchas y eran de muy mala calidad; y los vasos para dejar los cepillos de dientes eran de papel, así que no se sujetaban de pie. Como crítica constructiva, sugiero que se sustituyan ambos por productos de más calidad, puesto que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Y por último, comentar que cobran 5€ por maleta por dejarlas en consigna una vez que haces el checkout. No me parece bien que después de habernos dejado un dinero (en nuestro caso, tres habitaciones) haya que pagar nada por dejar las maletas unas horas; es la primera vez que me cobran por esto en un hotel.
