Pros:

Hotellet lå helt perfekt for os, da vi skulle videre med tog. Kun 500 meter. Der var rent personalet, var venlige. 3 stjerner passede bedre end de 4 stjerner

Cons:

Morgenbuffet var på ingen måde nogen at prale af. Flute fra frostpose, frugt fra dåse, tør toastbrød. Kom du sent ned var der næsten tømt.

Watch out for thieves in this area - lots of crime but nice breakfast!
Pros:

Great location to the train station about a six minute walk at the most. Great breakfast selection with amazing pastries, eggs, and fruit. Short taxi ride to and from Naples International Airport. Many shops and dining options within a two to five minute walk outside the hotel near the train station and around the corner.

Cons:

It is unsafe to wear jewelry in this area. As we walked near the hotel about 4 minutes away a man grabbed my wives necklaces on her neck and cut here neck badly but did not get the necklaces and I had to fight him off and he ran liked a coward away! Lots of crime in this area, be careful and do not wear a necklace!

Camera pulita, personale disponibile e colazione ottima. La vicinanza alla stazione lo rende facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La zona è molto rumorosa e le camere non sono isolate acusitcamente, quindi risulta difficile dormire bene.

Good location, poor communication
Pros:

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Naples.

Cons:

Felt a bit let down by staff. We had an early morning flight and two different shifts promised we could take our paid breakfast with us. When it came to the morning checkout, the receptionist said he knew nothing about it. Fix your communication problem because there’s a lot to like about this hotel!

Zentrale Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich hatte 2 gleiche Zimmer gebucht und 2 unterschiedliche bekommen. Das 1. war sehr gut und sauber, das 2. war kleiner. Die Klima müsste mal gereinigt werden, hat gammlig gerochen. Das Badezimmer (307) hat seine Zeit gehabt. Sollte dringend mal saniert werden.

Nápoles tiene un encanto especial y volveré más adelante.

Nos encantó la atención del personal, la limpieza, el desayuno tan completo que había. Los recepcionistas tan amables y atentos así como el personal del restaurante. Además de lo cerca que estaba de la estación central, del metro y del tranvía.Siendo muy cómodo desplazarse para visitar los monumentos
