Good hotel to stay for business trip.
Pros:

The room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also acceptable.

Did not eat breakfast. The shower had no soap to wash with, even though I requested soap in the room; they did provide it.

Awful. Everything that could go wrong, did.
Pros:

It was close in proximity to the hospital. My mother was in her final hours there, so I needed a place to rest between visits.

Cons:

The room was unclean (powder on the desk, stains on the couch, hairs in the bed, and dirt in the shower). The fridge didn’t work causing my food to spoil. The overhead light would not turn off and they were unable to move our room until the next day as they were at full capacity. The ac kept shutting off during a heat wave. The manager refused to work with me on reimbursement or comping a room for the next night. He was very rigid and not willing to work with me. This caused a difficult time of my life to be even more challenging.

The roll away bed was terrible. The mattress was so this it was worse than sleeping on the floor. I just slept on the couch the second night which was not comfortable either.

Cons:

At the hotel allowed any kind of dogs I got out of my room early in the morning and was attacked by a lady that was smaller than this big giant dog and she couldn’t control him. He got me in the knee and my shin.
