The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Breakfast wasn't the best, the coffee was HORRIBLE! There were no cups in the room, only an ice bucket. Also, no refrigerator.
sono stato troppo poco per dare un giudizio
sono stato troppo poco per dare un giudizio
I loved how friendly that staff was and how easy they made it to check in/out and get a crib brought to our room
The breakfast wasn’t good and it didn’t look appetizing and the pancakes were really really small
Convenience and close to the airport
Older property rooms need a good freaking up and remodeling
Near the airport, it was the main condition.
Family members have stayed here for years when they visit GR. We stayed for 4 nights. Our group had rooms near each other. We were allowed to use a large area of the lobby (the breakfast area) later in the day so we could all gather for pizza. It was really nice . Rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, had everything we needed. I would stay here again. The only thing was on Saturday night it got noisy & it went on until after midnight with kids running in the halls & yelling.
Great location, amazing staff!
So clean
Location was perfect. The room was large and the AC worked perfect.
The room had a strange odor. It was not unbearable just unpleasant.
Remarkably clean, even the pool. The pool would have been better for myself as an adult if heated....but my kids didn't mind at all! A lot of older hotels pool rooms look gross. This one was truly clean. Food was the typical. It was 20 mins from everything which we prefer. We were happy with our stay.
The only thing was the key card for the lights but no big deal really.
Clean, good pool & exercise area, great staff.
No hot water one morning
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The only downside to our stay was the noise level between rooms. Normally, when we stay at a Holiday Inn express, it is very quiet, but during this visit, we could hear people talking and moving around on the other side of the wall. I understand that some noise is expected when staying in a hotel, but the walls seemed a little thinner than what we are used to at other locations.
