Cons:

We had brought a king room when we did our booking, and when we went to check in, there were no king rooms available. Otherwise, everything else was very nice. It’s just a little disappointing when I had booked a specific room and did not get that room

Little sleep
Pros:

Easy check in, rooms were clean.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We could hear the people in the room next door fighting. We were then woken up around 6am to the fire alarm. We had to wander around the parking lot for over 30 minutes, then the alarms turned off and we could go back inside. The lobby smelled of burnt toast.

It was good overall. I wasn’t too far from 28th street which was nice
Pros:

Nice hotel, poor management.

Nice hotel and close to the airport.

Cons:

We arrived later in the evening and had an early flight so we were eager to get to bed. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour, almost two to get our room due to computer system issues that only seemed to be effecting certain reservations. The two brand new employees running the front desk were outstanding, they stayed calm, smiled and did the best they could with the situation despite a full lobby and computer issues. However it was quite upsetting the manager they had to call repeatedly to get help didn't even bother to come in and help them. There also nothing done to compensate.

A good place with nice breakfast
Pros:

The break fast was quite good. Rooms good size.no no noise. I took long time for prayer i am a pastor and it was good. I was a tourist and the location was ok to Airport

Cons:

Breakfast to be at 600 AM instead of 630 AM
MANY GUEST missised it.
