Cons:

That the shuttle service didn't cover the airport arrival times. My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 3 in the morning and services cut off at 12:45, and then come back on at 4am! They should have someone on call 24/7, so that was ridiculous. It should be on all night if that's the case. So I had to figure out To get my way there so that was discouraging, I was only at the hotel for 3.5 hours before I had to leave again...

Pros:

Easy access. Not busy at all.

Cons:

The hotel room was clean, but it smelled like cat pee. Thankfully, had my own air freshener and cleared it up. But it was a very distinct smell.

Horrible management. How could you assign rooms that already had people staying inside, or to have rooms that had no hot

Cons:

It took 4 attempts for the hotel staff to give us the right room. We were first assigned a keycard to a room that already had someone staying inside! Then, the second room assignment was also the wrong room assignment. The third room assignment had no hot water in the showers. It was extra frustrating as it was already 11:45 pm during a winter storm weekend. We were finally given a livable space by the fourth attempt. It was already past midnight by then.

Worst ever
Pros:

Location WOULD have been good.

Cons:

We booked through Booking.com. I called a couple days before travel to confirm our stay. The day of travel, when it was apparent our flight from Denver to Grand Rapids was delayed due to weather, I called Holiday Inn Express - Grand Rapids Airport and was told it would not be a problem. When we arrived, the motel had allowed someone else to book our room and we had no room.
