Pros:

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The hotel was very clean and well maintained,which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was the noise level between rooms. Normally, when we stay at a Holiday Inn express, it is very quiet, but during this visit, we could hear people talking and moving around on the other side of the wall. I understand that some noise is expected when staying in a hotel, but the walls seemed a little thinner than what we are used to at other locations.

Stayed for one night and would do it again.
Pros:

Lots of parking and easy to navigate.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was supposed to have 2 queens and a sleeper sofa and it did not. Thankfully the staff were able to bring a cot/rolling bed into the room complete with sheets and pillows for us.
