Pros:

Fantastic location, a short walk from the beach, and across the road from Ron Jon's. Walking distance from Waffle House, IHOP, and others. Good location for driving out to the Space Center. Parking was really easy and great that parking lot is under cover in case of rain. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a few days away. Surf shop downstairs is great and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant. We will definitely stay again on our return to the Cocoa Beach area.

Cons:

The bathroom and particularly the shower was a little dated, but still worked fine and was clean.

Pros:

The registration was easy to get to. Very nice employees. I love the gift shop, and the restaurant had wonderful food and very nice waitress. I will definitely will to returning.

Pros:

The room was comfy but a bit difficult to manage the tub due to my disability. Later my room was changed to a disability room which was quite satisfactory. The staff was beyond helpful and I'm very grateful for how they accommodated me.

Cons:

The electricity was not working on my headboard.

Having to pay to park. That information wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. We would not have booked this location due to that. Beds were very uncomfortable and clearly old and worn down. Shower curtain was filthy in the shower. Jets would not work on hot tub.
