Friendly staff, great location, and shuttle service for a small fee to the cruise ports!

Worst stay ever
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. And tried to make a horrible stay better.

Cons:

The place is NOT clean and not worth the money.

They are unstaffed and no one seemed to even care about that.

Did I mention the restaurant onsite didn't have 1/3 of the menu items. Everything was "we don't have that" or " it's just me I didn't have time to make that".

Pros:

So close to family. I was able to walk to their beach house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again when I visit in the future.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. I was very pleased. I was at the end of hallway and my room was very quiet. No problem falling asleep.

Conveniently located but a bit tired and poorly managed
Pros:

This hotel is the best available in the locality, with the others tending to be legacy stand alone mom and pop type operations. The room was spacious, good bed and good shower. It also had ample desk space as well as a task chair, although there was a lack of power outlets near the desk space. I also liked that the parking was connected to the hotel and on the same level.

Cons:

The property is not being maintained as well as it should be and looks a bit tired. Of greatest concern was that I was trapped in one of the lifts. The communication system did not work so I was unable to seek assistance other than by sounding a loud bell that also was very loud inside the lift. When I was released no one enquired of my well being let alone apologised. More concerningly they did not immediately take the unit out of service.

More trivially, but annoyingly, housekeeping repeatedly failed to service my room despite my making multiple specific requests at reception.

Overall these were staff issues but even as a low level Marriott brand things should be better.
