Pros:

The room was comfy but a bit difficult to manage the tub due to my disability. Later my room was changed to a disability room which was quite satisfactory. The staff was beyond helpful and I'm very grateful for how they accommodated me.

Having to pay to park. That information wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. We would not have booked this location due to that. Beds were very uncomfortable and clearly old and worn down. Shower curtain was filthy in the shower. Jets would not work on hot tub.

The front desk staff is the best part of the hotel. The location was convenient to the cruise port. And it was only a 5 min walk to the beach

Cons:

I didn't care for the property setup and the rooms were NOT cleaned properly. You have access to the parking garage from your floor level-which is cool. But there are steps to take when attempting that exit. Not convenient when hauling heavy luggage! We came in and there was still water and dirt in the bathtub. Asked for housekeeping to come correct it, and didn't smell any cleaning products used. They changed the shower curtain and let the water out and that's it. Tub was stained like it hasn't been cleaned properly in months. There was still food leftover in the fridge. Think they just vacuum and change the beds. Really upsetting and not worth the nightly rate
