Pros:

The front desk staff is the best part of the hotel. The location was convenient to the cruise port. And it was only a 5 min walk to the beach

Cons:

I didn't care for the property setup and the rooms were NOT cleaned properly. You have access to the parking garage from your floor level-which is cool. But there are steps to take when attempting that exit. Not convenient when hauling heavy luggage! We came in and there was still water and dirt in the bathtub. Asked for housekeeping to come correct it, and didn't smell any cleaning products used. They changed the shower curtain and let the water out and that's it. Tub was stained like it hasn't been cleaned properly in months. There was still food leftover in the fridge. Think they just vacuum and change the beds. Really upsetting and not worth the nightly rate

Easy journey to Kennedy space centre

Bar closed fairly early and there was only a small un personal area you could finish drinks in

The hotel it self were great
Cons:

One Manger added chargers on my Bill that when I checked out they didn’t know what the chargers were and were going to recharge me for the room I already payed for on the 23 I usually don’t have a problem with this hotel until this time

Perfect place to relax!
Pros:

Love this place! Super nice front desk folks, rooms and linens are the best and the restaurant and shopping on site cannot be beat. Will go back every chance I get.
The best place for staying to go on a cruise from Port Canaveral!

Prima hotel, nette ruime kamer.

Cons:

Het hotel was overboekt en daarom had het hotel de intentie ons naar een ander hotel over te boeken. Dat vonden wij geen goed plan omdat we een event hadden dicht bij het hotel. Onze vasthoudendheid werd niet met applaus ontvangen. Goede nieuws was we hadden uiteindelijk een kamer. Hoe zij dit verder hebben opgelost, geen idee

Pros:

The location is perfect to the beach and the car park fantastic you drive to your floor and just unload your cases to your room.
The room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Could do.with more lighting as room over looked the gift shop so.no natural light.
