I really liked the hotel’s warm and homely atmosphere. It is a pleasant and intimate boutique hotel, rather than a large and crowded one. Parking was very important to us and was convenient, and the hotel as a whole functions well and is a pleasant place to stay. However, greater attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool water in order to maintain a pleasant, high-quality guest experience.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, dass wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Helle, freundliche Zimmer, absolutes Top-Personal, großer beheizter Pool und ein wunderschönes Gartenlokal mit richtig guter Küche.

Cons:

Es gab keinen wirklichen Sichtschutz am Fenster. Zwar hat man in der Mitte vom Fenster Rollos angebracht, aber seitlich leider nicht. Ein Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hat uns gefehlt.

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren in das Hotel.
Leider kann man nicht mehr persönlich telefonisch reservieren und Wünsche zur Reservierung haben bei uns leider nicht geklappt.
Das bedauern wir sehr.Früher war es persönlicher.

Die Lage ist super weil die S-Bahn ist 500 Meter erreichbar und von dort aus nach Freiburg ist es ein Katzensprung. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet und mit einen Aussen Pool wo man in ruhe den Tag genießen kann. Die Zimmer sind klasse und groß...Selbst der Schrank! Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen alles frisch und eine große Auswahl vorhanden! Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und aufgeräumt was eine besondere Belohnung bedarf!!! Wir waren 8 Tage dort und es war nie Langweilig in Freiburg! Selbst von dort aus mit Auto nach Frankreich Colmar und Schwarzwald war alles gut zu erreichen.

Das eigene Restaurant ist wirklich vom Essen her sehr gut aber der Preis was man dort bezahlt ist schon sehr hoch berechnet aber da sollte jeder seine eigene Erfahrungen machen.
