Pros:

Great service, very helpful staff! We were passing through with our two small children, and everyone was really lovely, kind, polite, and helpful e.g. with providing children’s chairs, heating up bottles, storing milk in the fridge,… . The restaurant has great food and service. Nice pool & parking places. We could even charge our EV. Would 100% recommend!

Excelente hotel en la Selva Negra
Pros:

Viaje en familia por la Selva negra. Nos alojamos dos noches en este maravilloso hotel. Disfrutamos de la piscina y del spa. El personal muy amable y servicial. Un desayuno extenso y con mucha variedad. Un hotel muy recomendable. Sin duda volvería. Muchas gracias por vuestra acogida y felicidades por el buen hacer.

Cons:

El wifi no llegaba a la habitación, pero esto sería lo de menos.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Hirschen in Freiburg war für uns und unsere Gäste Vergnügen und Genuss zugleich.
Pros:

Uns hat alles gefallen! Von Beginn an lief alles glänzend: das Hotel Management hat unsere Wünsche bei sehr kurzfristiger Buchung erfüllt und schnell reagiert. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam , stets präsent , freundlich und kompetent. Das Einchecken lief unkompliziert. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine herausragende Qualität und ein vielfältiges Angebot. Das Menü für 16 Personen am Abend wurde in einer angenehmen Ruhe serviert und schmeckte hervorragend. Alle Getränkewünsche wurden umgehend sowohl angefragt als auch gebracht. Die Kinder konnten von der Kinderkarte bestellen und waren rundum glücklich. Bei dem heißen Wetter war der Pool ein Paradies und konnte bis in die Nacht hinein genutzt werden . In der Bar konnten wir sehr bequem sitzen und das vielfältige Angebot nutzen.

Reception is very friendly and helpful!

Convenient Parking garage is available at the hotel, but it is necessary to reserve a spot in advance because spaces are limited ( extra cost is 17€ per day)
Restaurant has a cosy terrace where guests can have a breakfast which feels great and relaxing. It is a buffet breakfast with a pretty good choice.

Swimming pool aria is also cosy and has sunny arias and shadow places under the trees. Pool itself is pretty much big to swim. (open 7.00-21.00)

Cons:

On the night we stayed they had a wedding in the hotel. The isolation in the room is really good so with the closed windows it works well. However, if you would like to sleep with an open window there were wedding guests talks from outside till late night.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem Freiburger Vorort
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, für die wir bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur sehr dankbar waren. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant war zwar etwas höher preisig, aber von solcher Qualität, dass der Preis auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt war. Super Frühstücksbüffet mit einer riesigen Auswahl.

Cons:

Da während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Veranstaltung im Hotel stattfand, war die Parkplatz Situation sehr angespannt. Wir mussten erst ein paar Runden durch das umliegende Wohngebiet drehen, um unser Auto irgendwo an der Straße parken zu können.

Super goed verblijf, zou er zeker nog een x terugkeren
Pros:

Accommodatie was zeer schoon, personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en werd constant aangevuld Wij waren op doorreis met de vouwwagen, deze konden wij stallen in de garage onder het hotel. Zwembad is heerlijk er zijn voldoende bedjes om te relaxen. Je kunt gebruik maken van de extra handdoeken en badjassen in de kast. Elektrische fiets gehuurd deze was goed om te hoogte verschillen aan te gaan.

Cons:

Geen privacy, en weinig daglicht in de kamer. Omdat het uitzicht vrij dicht op de zijkant van een huis zat. Waardoor de buren zo naar binnen keken. Nu waren onze luiken vrijwel constant gesloten vanwege de warmte. En wanneer het wel even kon, hielden wij er rekening mee dat het rolgordijn naar beneden was.

Prima hotel voor op doorreis vanaf Italië

De lokatie ( vanaf de snelweg op doorreis uit Italië).
De ondergrondse P garage ( helaas niet koel).
De schone, koele kamers. Ruim ook.

Cons:

Op woensdag is het daar Ruhetag dus niets te eten in het restaurant. Gelukkig zowel links als rechts er bijna naast zijn er restaurants.

Uitgebreid ontbijt (25 euro pp)

Cons:

Er stond niet duidelijk vermeld dat woensdag een Ruhetag is. Dit betekent dat het restaurant maar ook de bar gesloten is! Wel een minibar in de kamer maar verder geen mogelijkheden in het hotel om iets te drinken of te eten op woensdag!
