Pros:

Large rooms with own kitchen, large bathroom

Cons:

Staff lack of experience, no manager on site, manger over the phone very rude, would not listen, talked over customer.
X2 rooms paid for with receipts but staff said 1 room still owed, had to pay and pray for refund, terrible experience

Cons:

The first room that they gave me was gross , it smelled like weed and urine. When I walked into the bathroom it had urine on top of the cover it was gross, I had to change rooms.

I had a Uhaul and our 1st night there they broke into my Uhaul I went outside to get something out of Uhaul and door was wide open and lock was on the floor and of course items were missing out my Uhaul

Pros:

Spacious room and seemed to be a good part of town. Price was good. Room is pretty tired, but not a big issue, it has everything you need.

Cons:

Room smelled really weird - like cat pee and also damp at the same time. Bathroom tap wouldn’t turn off and dropped constantly, and there was what appeared to be pet food (a piece of dog biscuit) on the carpet. I’m guessing someone had a pet in there that made a mess and they’ve tried to clean it, but now it smells and feels very damp.
