Does Not Match Its Rating
Pros:

The reception staff during check-in were polite and welcoming.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay. I am genuinely surprised by this hotel's high rating, as it does not reflect reality.
The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the carpet was dirty, the shower had almost no water pressure, and the drain was clogged. We found a cockroach in the room and stains on the bed linen.
The gym directly above our room made sleeping impossible after 6:30 AM due to constant noise. The surrounding area was dirty and unpleasant. Despite the high temperatures, there was no air conditioning in the corridors, making it uncomfortable to wait for the elevator. In addition, only one pair of slippers was provided even though the room was booked for three guests.
Unfortunately, the experience during check-out was quite different. We were repeatedly questioned about whether we had used items from the minibar, despite clearly stating that we had not. The manner in which this was handled felt unprofessional and left a disappointing final impression of the hotel.
Overall, the hotel was far below expectations and certainly not worthy of its current rating.

Были приятно удивлены тем , что нас заселили сразу , на много раньше указанного времени). В номере была бесплатная вода, чай, даже капсульный кофе. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая транспортная развязка, рядом метро. Не далеко большой продуктовый магазин и много минимаркетов. Рядом кафе и рестораны.
