Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, lots of positive pictures round the place
Pros:

We had a terrible night. 9:20pm our apartment cancelled when we were outside the building. Strandard in a Macdonald's we looked round for a place. unfortunately the only thing we could do is go for a hotel, I rang my friend and she was able to get us a discount which was helpful.
When we got to the reception to check in Eduard was amazing really helpful, he listened to 3 extremely tired, frustrated women. he was friendly, made us smile and got us checked in asap so we could go to bed. he offered 3 beds in a room than 2 beds. it was fantastic. we enjoyed our stay.Marius and Mihaela were really helpful in the morning. Mihaela helped my sister with our plan for the day with great suggestions. Marius was helpful when bolt was trying to ripped us off. I was starting to stress and he sorted it, calmed me down and made us smile. We really appreciated these 3. We were ready to go home and they changed our experience. Thank you so much

Cazare, curățenia, amabilitatea și serviabilitatea sunt la cote ridicate !

Cons:

Poate, deși eu nu am avut această problemă, locul de parcare… ni s-a transmit la rezervare ca exista posibilitatea să nu avem parcare!
