Cons:

За собаку за 2 ночи доплатила 90€, нигде не указано, что нужно отдельно доплачивать. Холодильник с мини баром был выключен. В ресторане на первом этаже заказали еду, стейк за 150 лей был вовсе не стейк, а кусок мяса на сковородке, который не возможно было жевать, утка внутри была сырая

It was comfortable and would stay again.
Pros:

The room was perfect, travelled with my mother-in-law and my husband. It was nice to have a separate area with 2 toilets, so there wasn't a queue when we got back from a day of exploring. Location to metro stop was great, with a petrol station and grocery shop a stones throw from the hotel, it was ideal for supplies for the room/forgotten to pack things. The staff we saw were friendly and always greeted us whenever we walked in through reception.

Cons:

Two downsides, one is that there is only one shower, which could be a problem if you are travelling with people and you all want to wash at the same time, and not enough pillows to sleep on. 3 of us prefer multiple pillows, so 2 of us used the cushions from the sofa to help prop us up. There was only one lift working at the time of our visit, hopefully this is repaired soon, as I can imagine the lobby being busy with guests soon.

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, Frühstücksteam sehr aufmerksam und engagiert, gute Lage, das Zimmer gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Zwei (von 6) mal passiert : Zimmerservice nicht ausreichend das Zimmer aufgeräumt (Bad nicht ganz aufgeräumt, Bett oberflächlich gemacht, Kleinmüll nicht mitgenommen)

Recomand cu încredere acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni!
Pros:

Am avut o experiență peste asteptari la Holiday Inn Bucharest - Times by IHG. Hotelul este modern, foarte curat și bine întreținut, iar camerele sunt spațioase și confortabile, perfecte atât pentru relaxare, cât și pentru călătorii de afaceri. Patul a fost extrem de comod, cu mult peste hoteluri mai luxoase din acelasi brand gen Intercontinental.

Personalul a fost amabil și profesionist pe tot parcursul șederii, mereu pregătit să ajute cu orice solicitare. Check-in-ul și check-out-ul s-au desfășurat rapid și fără probleme. Fiind membru am primit si upgrade la camera, din pacate nu am avut energia sa filmez si sa prezint hotelul pe retelele de socializare asa cum facem de obicei - cu alta ocazie.

Dupa fiascoul trait la Mercure Cantemir, nu ma asteptam la mare lucru la Micul dejun insa acesta a fost, spre surprinderea mea , variat, gustos si calitativ cu opțiuni pentru toate preferințele. Cina a fost corecta, desi nu am mancat ceva complicat de gatit, insa m-a surprins faptul ca, cartofii au fost congelati - credeam ca nu se mai practica asa ceva in hoteluri de asemenea anvergura. Voi testa si acest aspect data viitoare cand voi mai trece pe acolo.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut faptul ca un hotel atat de mare nu dispune de parcare proprie....se poate parca undeva prin ceva parcare publica care nu este situata chiar lanaga hotel....sincer....cui ii arde de plimbari dupa parcari cand vi obosit de pe drum si nu cauti altceva decat odihna. Noi am avut noroc cu stafful care au facut eforturi pentru a ne acomoda cat mai bine si am rezolvat usor acest aspect.
Camerele nu sunt insonorizate asa cum trebuie si lasa putin sa patrunda la interior galagia de pe bulevard - insa pentru unii poate fi imperceptibil. Un alt aspect ciudat nemaiintalnit de mine pe la vreun hotel, a fost numarul considerabil de grinzi de beton, atat pe coridoare, cat si in camera - persoanele inalte vor avea tot timpul tendinta sa se aplece si sa se fereasca.
