Fantastic, renovated rooms. Beautiful Regency with the best staff around. The breakfast is amazing too. Extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great hotel near the convention center in Denver.
The hotel is in a great location for Downtown Denver (walking distance to Denver Pavilions, 16th Street Mall shuttle, and next to the Golden Triangle area). I had the opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms on a higher floor and had a great experience. The room was clean and bright; there were a lot of useful features and details that gave it a boutique hotel feel; and the mattress was very comfortable.
I had a great breakfast in the hotel restaurant and grabbed snacks later in the evening from the two smaller restaurants. The Peaks Bar on the 27th floor is a must see for its great views of the mountains and wonderful cocktails!
Excellent building, decoration, room, view at 29 floor. superior breakfast restaurant.
King size bed is the worst ever. Floffy as nothing else.
Jacuzzi not to hot.
Valet parking, so bad. One valet to receive and deliver with the hotel full due to Denver broncos game on saturday jan 17, 2026
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Always clean and has everything you need in one spot. I’ve stayed here several times, and I’m always impressed with how clean it is. Amazing location especially to the convention center. Room was beautiful and looked like it was recently remodeled. Love the roof top lounge and the lobby bar and coffee bar. I was in the 11th floor and it was surprisingly quiet.
The hotel location is great for getting around. The rooms are clean and crisp, love the view of the mountains. Staff is kind and engaging.
Room size and layout were very comfortable.
Great hotel. Clean, modern, right next to convention center (great if you’re attending an event there). The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Lots of equipment and machines, clean, nothing broken or missing. Good water pressure in the shower.
Great staff and clean accommodations, across the street from the convention center. The hotel is center to great restaurants and a beautiful view of the mountains.
Very modern, great staff, excellent facilities within the hotel, perfect location, reasonably priced. The gym was much better equipped than most hotel gyms.
Gracias.
Location, staff, modernity, well-equipped gym, good amenities in hotel lobby.
Most of the lobby entrance doors locked. Restaurant was closed for several days.
Wonderful experience! Hyatt regency staff were helpful and welcoming. The design of the room was modern and luxury feeling. Rooms were quiet despite being there on NYE!
A trip planned to enjoy a night out in Denver--dinner and a concert with the Denver Symphony--was marred from the start with a disastrous and unnecessary check-in failure. We arrive 15 minutes before check-in time and were told our suite was not ready. 40 minutes later, with no updates in that time, I finally went to the front desk and asked if there was a comparable suite available. There was, on a lower floor, which was not an issue. But we had reservations and were on a timeline. We wanted to enjoy the suite a bit before preparing for dinner and the theater, and that was taken off the table with a check-in process that was unnecessarily delayed. The reservation was made with points and it makes me wonder if that type of reservation is given far less attention than a regular reservation. Very disappointed.
We spent our Anniversary at the Hyatt and it was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and quiet
