Gorgeous property recently renovated with lovely modern, large rooms some with spectacular views. Start to finish our trip was perfect and in large part due to staying at this hotel. Convenient location with quick access to public (and sometimes free) transportation. Totally did not need a rental car. Excellent restaurants and lounge within the hotel as well as just steps from it. Staff was super nice and very accommodating when we needed anything. Would highly recommend!
The upgrades to the hotel are excellent. It is a well-kept hotel, with amazing rooms. I never felt stressed during my stay, even with thousands of people there attending the conference.
Unusually pleasant convention hotel. Clean, bright, well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a number of decent bar and restaurant options. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast service was the quickest I have ever experienced at a large hotel. Room was pleasant and well appointed. I would choose it again.
Awesome quality hotel with attention to detail. Loved everything and highly recommend it for business to pleasure. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond for some challenges I was having.
tldr; If you are looking for a property that truly understands hospitality and knows how to create "magic" for a special occasion, this is the place. We cannot thank the team enough for making my daughter's 11th birthday an event she will never forget.
The details:
We recently hosted my daughter’s 11th birthday sleepover for five of her friends at the Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
I reached out to my Globalist concierge, Alice, to see if we could arrange something special, and she connected us with the hotel’s Guest Experience team, Ana and Connor. From that moment, the planning was seamless. I didn't ask for specific deliverables—I simply asked for ideas to make the night memorable—and they delivered beyond my wildest expectations.
They upgraded us to a gorgeous two-bedroom suite and surprised us with a custom cake and cupcakes, sparkling juice, sodas, balloons, and a birthday crown and sash for the birthday girl - both were classy and custom to say "11th" birthday.
Like my previous stay, their Globalist benefits were top notch, including free valet (a $67 value), drink voucher for the cocktail lounge on the 27th floor (don't miss those mountain views!), and free breakfast (they comp'd both rooms, 8 people, even though they didn't have to). The breakfast experience was a highlight: the food was top notch (choice to order off a menu or eat from the high end buffet) but also, when the staff noticed the birthday girl wearing her crown and sash, they brought out a chocolate mousse cake with candles and sang to her.
I also planned a scavenger hunt in the hotel and surrounding area. I ran it past Ana and she gave a couple additional ideas, including the "hidden" blue stuffed bear in the lobby—a fantastic, engaging touch for the kids that ended with a prize at the front desk. The bear is always hidden so if you stay with kids, make sure they find it!
This was a fantastic hotel in every aspect. The location was ideal, one block from 16th Street which is full of restaurants, shops & art. The atmosphere inside the hotel was really nice with plenty of seating for more social people as well as quiet areas and lounge areas. The rooms were recently renovated and beautiful. I loved how clean everything was! The Former Saint Craft Kitchen team was excellent, we had multiple meals there and were impressed with the staff/service and food each time. I would definitely return for personal or professional travel. The staff throughout the hotel who I encountered or saw were excellent and exceeded my expectations!
Clean
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained and comfortable from start to finish. The staff truly stood out, consistently friendly, attentive, and responsive, which made the entire experience feel seamless.
The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to access nearby attractions and enjoy the surrounding area. One of my favorite features was the lounge, which had a fun, welcoming atmosphere along with beautiful mountain views. It was the perfect place to unwind, and the service there was just as excellent as throughout the rest of the hotel.
The fitness facilities were also excellent. The gym was well-equipped with a wide range of machines and equipment, and it was a real bonus to have access to a lap pool and hot tub, which made it easy to stay active and relax during my stay.
I was visiting for a conference, and the venue exceeded expectations. The meeting spaces were well organized and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. The catered meals were also impressive, with high-quality food and thoughtful options that made the conference experience even better.
Overall, everything about my stay was lovely. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel to others.
Hyatt staff were outstanding. They anticipated our needs and immediately responded to all requests.
The hotel has been renovated recently and it looked great. All of our participants raved about the F&B, hotel rooms and meeting space. We had 700 participants and hotel was outstanding.
This hotel had the most friendliest kindest taff I had ever met. There wasn't a single staff member that wasn't helpful or friendly the rooms are clean and exceptionally maintained.
Great hotel. Very clean. Great front desk service. Great housekeeping service. It was a great spot for the conference I was attending. Highly recommended.
Beautiful Hotel and very attentive staff! Room was comfortable and clean.
Saff very knowledgeable. Very modern Hotel.
Amazing service, views, etc... wish the Club was open but the people were amazing as are the upgraded rooms. Sadly, went to Salt Lake City the next night and had the opposite experience.
Beautiful property that’s in a great location. All the rooms were recently renovated and are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly. It’s in a great location with close proximity to the convention center and 16th street. The bar has a great espresso martini as well!
Overall a good experience. Right across from the convention center. Spacious and clean rooms. Only downfall is the elevator traffic. Hope that gets upgraded.
i stayed here 3 nights for a conference and it was very convenient to acces from union station and the airport. rooms were gorgeous and clean. i requested a high floor with nice view and received just that. the food options were great, there's a fedex onsite and lots of places to sit. i didn't have time to visit the spa but there is one on-site. very beautiful and a great place for work or personal travel
overall fantastic. I enjoyed the living in that hotel. The environment is good, especially the room decoration and the service is fantastic.
Everything worked. The overall experience was better than I could have expected. The room service was good, the lobby experience was just right, and the breakfast and afternoon coffee setting were enjoyable. The location was perfect, just across from the convention center, but the neighborhood was not boring.
I had a great time at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was friendly; Eva, the bartender was super nice. The concierge helped me very much when I was looking for a jogging route. The baristas in the Assembly Hall were excellent and focused. There were no problems ordering food or drinks. The housekeeping was fine. They do not have turn down service, which they should have. I would appreciate more little freebies in the room and lobby. I enjoyed the gym. The treadmills were a little dated, but they worked fine. Some of them were not working properly. The buttons on the elevators generate little electric shocks when you walk on the carpet due to the static electricity. I really liked the stay. I would go there again and recommend it to all my colleagues. It will be my go to place in Denver. Peaks was also good — the bar on the 27th floor.
