Great hotel for travel and event
Pros:

Hosted a tradeshow at the venue. Have been to this venue for the same show a handful of times but between the hotel update/ renovation and the staff the service and experience was above and beyond what it has been in the past. As a meeting planner, the turn around time when asked for something was phenomenal. The attention to detail- making sure all requested items were set and ready was amazing. The people of this hotel are happy, work hard and can't wait to come back for another event. Great job all around to front drive employees, package delivery/bell hop area, banquets, chef, meeting event planners, accounts payable (bill was correct), house keeping, registration. If looking to host an event at this venue, highly recommend.

Unexpected Gem
Pros:

Hotel was overall very clean. Rooms were updated and clean which I did not expect. Location was very convenient to the convention center and other restaurants/shops. We did not need to rent a car.

Location, location, location!!!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The food and beverages options within the hotel exceeded my expectations.
Self Parking cost, was in my opinion overpriced at $55 per night. Other than that, I will gladly stay here with my family on a non-business trip.

Nice Stay in Denver
Pros:

Hyatt by the Convention Center was a good place for our small conference.
Rooms were very comfortable, and had plenty of outlets for electronics etc.
Housekeeping was superb.
A block away from the 16th street mall, with the free bus down to Union Station, so lots of dining options in easy reach.
