The heat in the room was a little uncomfortable
How central it was & the staff were lovely.
Rooms could do with a bit of decorating & carpets renewed.

Fridge wasn't working, 2nd day after cleaning the room, the cleaner didn't top up the coffee and sugar sachets, there was nothing there!
The gym was closed
perfect location for the venue we were attending.. lovely comfy quiet room perfect for our stay..

Excellent location, hotel clean and quiet. Room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Bar area lovely. Front of house staff so polite and friendly and seemed genuinely interested when asked how our day has been and where we came from etc.
The lady behind the bar was a bit miserable and I had to wait a while to be served as she’d gone out the back and left the bar unattended. Also the shower was just trickling. Bar overpriced. Over £16 for a cider and a beer 🫣
Clean large room with comfortable pillows, great temperature (air-con v welcome in summer!), good location for central Birmingham, lovely big bath and good pressure on the shower, good breakfast with well-stocked buffet and options, warm and friendly reception staff.
