Location was perfect
The location was great. The barman was really entertaining and the food very enjoyable. Was pleasantly surprised and the lady on the desk was very helpful.
Perhaps could do with a refreshment on the decoration
Location was great close to city centre. Staff friendly and efficient.
Late notice booking, staff were excellent and gave a complimentary drink while we waited, coming to find us when the room was ready.

The hotel & location was excellent.
The breakfast let the stay down. The bacon was over cooked and looked like it had been in the container for hours. Beans were all dried up. Sausage was dry. Nor enough choice of fresh fruit no granola. Overall very disappointing.
Room was spacious and very clean. Bar food was very good. Location to theatre was excellent.

Beautiful hotel both in and out Friendly and helpful staff and great amenities available. There is also very good soundproofing in the rooms.
The restaurant wasn't open on the weekend when I went at 6pm for dinner but they have a bar downstairs if you want a drink or snacks. Only stone baked pizzas were available for room service.
