The AC wasn’t working and it was really hot. They didn’t have any fans available either.
The city center location, my poor score on the 1-10 scale related to the location of our replacement room. This was next to the generators for the aircon, and was incredibly noisy.
The staff were fantastic, but could not resolve the aircon issues. This was not working in our suite so we were moved to the only available room, 2 interconnecting standard rooms. Still no refund received for the huge downgrades despite apologies and assurances. Aircon stopped working multiple times each night necessitating getting up, resetting only to do it over and over.
Great location, spacious room, friendly staff
No disabled parking option. Ants around the honey and jams at breakfast. Room was boiling (28 degrees outside) no air con, it wouldn’t go below 19.
Excellent location for the Alexander theatre just 30 yards down the road. Very clean rooms and very large comfortable bed.
Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was exceptionally hot. However the hotel gave us half our money back and a fan to help with the heat.
Clean, modern, friendly staff, good central location
Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and they couldn’t fix it or move us to another room due to being at full capacity. During a heatwave this was not ideal. It was cooler in the corridor so we ended up leaving the door open to try and get some air through.
Large room, good views, bed was so comfortable.

Loved the pancake maker at breakfast, but the pancakes were small
