An excellent 3 nights accommodation, amazing staff, food and central location.
Pros:

Emilia at the front desk was so professional and very welcoming when we arrived . The location to the train station the main shopping centre and food hall was only 3 mins away. If we needed anything then it was attended to straight away and the food was amazing.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros:

Thought this place was stunning rooms were really big and spotless, will definitely be back.

Cons:

The food was a cheap generic frozen food, and over expensive, definitely not up to standards of the hotel.

Horrible location
Pros:

Security is good

Cons:

False alarm drill went off just after 8:30pm . My room was on the 11th floor. Left room in panic luckily took my room card with me . Without that I couldn’t access the emergency stairwell .
What kind of emergency strategy is this ?..
the lift stopped working during the emergency evacuation & u need your room card to use the emergency stairwell 🤷‍♀️…

A big downgrade on previous stays
Cons:

I reached out for a straight backed chair prior to my stay. I got a very AI response before checking in, then when checking in was told the chair was available - it wasn't.
Further breakfast wasn't managed at all. I had paid for breakfast but it was clear that I could have simply walked into the restaurant and helped my self.

Excellent hotel. Close to station and shopping areas.
Pros:

5 min walk from train station. Felt secure had to use keycard when in lift to get to floor with room.
Excellent breakfast choice and very tasty.
Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room got a bit warm at night even with heating controls at lowest temperature but I'd rather be too hot than freezing cold!!!

Good stay
Pros:

Quick check in, lovely guy called Nat who was very cheerfuland helpful on reception, nice room considering it's a standard room.I wouldn't even upgrade I was happy with my room as it was, very clean, had everything I needed. Room service prompt too

Good location for the theatres etc, last 2 stays have been questionable,

Good location, easy parking, clean

Cons:

The room I had was noisy, could hear the air con pumps all of the time, not from the rooms air con but from the outside unit I think, once heard, couldn’t un-hear.
