Chambre à 1400 € : une cellule grise sans aucune décoration . Pas de plinthe : un simple coup de peinture ! Pas de liseuse ! Surtout on a participé à la douche du voisin . Des trous au plafond entre les chambres . Salle de bain : pas de wc indépendant . Pas de douche indépendante

Pros:

Absolument tout! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait.
Le personnel était très attentionné, les lieux splendides.
Toutes les attentions dont nous avons bénéficié (comme être surclassés dans une suite) ont fait la différence.
Les 2 restaurants ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient parfaits.
Et en plus, l’échange avec le directeur (français 😉) était très agréable.

an excellent location — very close to Florence yet surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Tuscany. The views during breakfast and meals are absolutely stunning.

Our room was beautiful, tidy, and equipped with all the main essentials. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Diletta at the restaurant reception, who was exceptionally kind and professional.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment. The food was good, the spa and facilities were excellent, and parking was easy with valet service available.

This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy the Tuscan countryside without long drives from Florence. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable. I would definitely stay here again with full confidence.

Unforgettable Babymoon in Tuscany

We stayed at Como Castelo Del Nero in June for our babymoon, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely looked after. The doorman greeted us with a warm smile and took care of our luggage, while the lovely reception team made check-in feel effortless and welcoming.

Right after check-in, Giulia gave us a warm tour of the property and walked us to our room—which was absolutely stunning. Spacious, elegant, and with views that immediately made us feel relaxed and spoiled.

Later in the day, we met Fabio, the hotel manager—gracious, attentive, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable guest experience.

The hotel is set in the most peaceful and breathtaking surroundings—rolling hills, vineyards, and a calm that’s hard to put into words. We spent hours on the terrace, soaking in the view over delicious lunches and romantic dinners. Every dish was wonderful, but a special thank you goes to Chef Giovanni—I’m still thinking about those ricotta pancakes at breakfast!

The pool was perfect for a gentle dip and some quiet sun time, and the housekeeping staff were incredible—our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained.

This trip gave us exactly what we needed: time to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some stillness before becoming parents. We left feeling rested, happy, and full of gratitude.

We couldn’t recommend Como Castelo Del Nero more—it’s not just a beautiful hotel, it’s an experience.
