EL DESAYUNO BUFFET HA DEMERITADO NO ES TAN BUENO, PERDIO EL CLUB DE PLAYA QUE TENIA EL HOTEL Y LOS COSTOS LOS MANTUVIERON COMO SI DIERAN EL MISMO SERVICIO. HAN QUITADO UN RESTAURANTE DEL INTERIOR QUE DABA SERVICIO POR LA TARDE. YA NO OTORGAN CORTESIAS PARA EL BAR PORQUE ARGUMENTAN LES SALE MUY CARO, CADA VEZ DEMERITAN MAS SU SERVICIO

El control de la tv no servia, se tardaron un par de días en cambiarlo y después era la pantalla la que no servía

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable.
No me gusto que ya no cuenten con su club de playa, ya que era una prestación muy buena sobre todo cuando se tienen niños.

el check in estuvo muy largo y la señorita muy poco amable, asimismo el estacionamiento esta muy complicado y dificil de llegar, deberia de poner señalamientos y prevenirle al cliente antes de su llegada la mejor ruta para llegar
