La atención , el hotel está muy bonito y no tuve ningún inconveniente

Es un hotel que desde que entras huele delicioso, el trato es increíble desde el Valet Parking, hasta las personas de limpieza, la comida es abundante y con excelente sabor, me encanta la dinámica que tienen de como cantan las mañanitas a los cumpleañeros.
la ubicación es excelente, por los comercios al rededor, la atención del personal es muy amable y servicial, felicidades por eso. Recomendaría que en la piscina hubiera música o alguna actividad como aquaerobics, sería divertido. la comida fue buena, el precio justo y las habitaciones cómodas, he conocido muchos hoteles en Veracruz y esta ha sido el mejor en el que me he hospedado.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel feels outdated, like it’s stuck in the 90s. The room is slightly more modern, but nothing special for the price.
Service was terrible—especially from a receptionist named Francisco, who was rude and unhelpful. He told me my room wasn’t ready at 2:00 pm, yet another staff member gave it to me at 2:05 pm with no issue.
Worst of all, I couldn’t sleep at all. The walls are paper-thin—I could hear loud snoring from one side and kids crying from the other, as if they were inside my room.
For this price, I would definitely stay somewhere else.

Esta vez algo se derramó en el 4erbpiso. Justo a 4 hsbiraciones de donde me alojaba y me causó migraña y vomito durante toda mi estancia. Entiendo, los accidentes pasan.

La ubicación es excelente, la experiencia en familia, además todo está dentro las instalaciones y puedes moverte a diferentes ubicaciones de interés en poco tiempo
