Mooie ruime kamer

Cons:

Er hing vanaf het begin een enorme stank in de badkamer vanuit de wc. Ivm weekend kon maintenance het niet verhelpen. We hebben de deur zoveel mogelijk dicht gehouden.

Pros:

Quiet, within a short distance of kings island. The pool was very nice.

Cons:

The room could be much cleaner, the bathroom and shower was questionable on if it was cleaned fully or not.

Overall we were very pleased!!!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. There was a room mix up when we first got there and Sheila went out of her way to get us in the room I requested.

Cons:

The hotel was understaffed so our room did not get cleaned over our 4 day stay but every time we requested towels we got them.

Peaceful Stay
Pros:

Locatio is nice being close to get back on the highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with any needs. Great place for family or traveling solo.

Friendly Staff and clean hotel
Pros:

This hotel is my go-to when traveling to the Cincinnati/Mason area. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. It is a very quiet location, and their hot breakfast buffet is always great! I do want to shout out Lovely, Megan and Sam - as they are always positive and such a joy to talk to when staying at the property. They take wonderful care of me!
