Pros:

it was a hilton

Cons:

My room sheets were dirty I told them they moved my room to a cleaner room however it was a bug in the toilet the carpet had so many brown spots on it it wasn’t clean at all told the lady the stephaine the next morning she said nothing at all

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed one night on February 5th to attend a Celebration of Life in Loveland that night. The staff was fantastic, booking the room and during our stay. The room was beautiful and clean. When we left Friday morning, it was snowing hard. They lent us a snow brush and the manager told us if we found the roads too bad for travel to turn around and come back; they'd have a room for us. Super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just 'OK', typical of hotel buffets. Aside from that, we highly recommend this hotel. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book this hotel. A 5* rating in our opinion.

Unacceptable
Pros:

My family booked a room for an OVR volleyball event that my daughter was playing in. The morning of the event, we got locked out of our room after breakfast. The staff determined the battery on the door was dead and needed replaced in order for us to be able to get in. Unfortunately, the staff had no idea how to replace the battery. Over a half hour later/after being locked out of our room, my husband youtubed how to change the battery, told the staff what to get him, and changed the battery for them. Due to the foregoing, we were late to the tournament and my daughter was unable to play her first game. Not to mention the stress we were under trying to figure it out/get into our room knowing we were up against time. As we were waiting outside of our room, another Mom that was staying came out of her room and indicated that they ran into the same issue when checking in at midnight the night before. One of their maintenance guys indicated on the phone that he is the only one that knows how to change them, and he works second shift. Hampton Inn refused to refund us. We booked to make the morning of the tournament less stressful, but instead, it ended up more stressful. Do NOT recommend staying here if you have somewhere you need to be at a certain time and if you do not want to have to figure out their jobs for them.

It was Close to the tennis tournament we were going to watch. Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean and employees were very friendly.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The size of the room was good for the number of occupants. It was close to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

Property did not have daily maid service so we had to hunt down someone to give us fresh towels. For the cost of the room, daily service should be available.
