Great departure in the shuttle with Lauri. So friendly to start the day and very helpful. Unfortunately the arrival was not good at all. The shuttle is way too small fir the number of people arriving from the airport and only runs every half hour so we ended up having to take a taxi
Hotel is otherwise very nice
Reliable van service, love the ability to call the hotel, get a code, and see the location of the van. Never an issue, which is a big deal! Easy check-in. Good breakfast. Our van driver was Laurie, she was awesome. She ensures the van leaves on time.

The room was clean and affordable, good breakfast included, and our shuttle driver Laurie made sure we got onto a very busy shuttle and right on time for our trip to the airport in the morning!

I came to this hotel by a fluke: flight was cancelled and the airline booked me here. From the moment I walked in, every single person was kind and gracious, handling the frustrated travelers well. I had dinner at the bar and Ade was a real stand out. He was so pleasant and responsive, totally made our night as several of us had long/frustrating travel days. The room is clean and quiet as well. I now would definitely consider booking here again, even with other Bonvoy hotels in the area. Well done to the staff at this hotel- they really know how to handle difficult situations.

The pool could be way better. Poolside beds need shade covers . A bar by the pool would be amazing
