Schöne Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Skyline

Cons:

Check in dauerte 45min. Personal wirkte überfordert.
Umfang des Frühstück fand ich ausreichend, aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich etwas größere Auswahl erwartet.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich. Man konnte mit ihnen gar nicht reden, und ich konnte überhaupt nicht einchecken, weil sie so unfreundlich waren

Früh gebucht, super Preis und sehr entspannter Aufenthalt - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer auf Etage 13, tolle Aussicht, alles sehr sauber und vor allem sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Die Wartezeit beim Check-in war für meinen Geschmack etwas sehr lang (mehr als 20 Minuten). Möglicherweise auch nur eine Ausnahme, kann ich natürlich nicht abschließend beurteilen.

Pros:

Das Housekeeping Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

- Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, Klimaanlage kühlt auf voller Stufe zuwenig
- die meisten Mitarbeiter haben sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch nicht adäquat gesprochen und waren am Empfang unfreundlich
- das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr geringe Auswahl und schlechte Qualität
- Die Preise waren komplett überteuert

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für Zimmer und spätes Check out bekommen. Das war wirklich sehr nett!
