Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!!!
Pros:

Upgrade bekommen. Personal und CheckIn super freundlich und easy. Zimmer tipptopp, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Minibar inklusive.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Cons:

Trotz gebuchtem Skyline View, gab es diesen nicht.. Zimmer zu klein und unpraktisch designt. Interior beschädigt. Aufdringliche Reinigungskräfte die alle paar Minuten klopfen um zu fragen wann denn ausgecheckt wird.

Die Wasserhähne waren veraltet beziehungsweise abgenutzt. Die Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Zimmertemperatur konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt, sondern nur Wärme erzeugt. Das Hotel entspricht nicht der angegebenen Preiskategorie.

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang ist überaus freundlich und uns wurde ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut. Alles ist frisch und ansprechend angerichtet.

Cons:

Es gibt eine gemeinsame Bettdecke was wir nicht sehr komfortabel finden. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum hat einen eher gelangweilten Eindruck gemacht. Bei unserem letzten Besuch war ein Koch vor Ort bei dem man frische Spiegeleier machen lassen könnte das ist leider nicht mehr so.
