Lovely hotel, would recommend.
Pros:

Lovely traditionally Italian look hotel that has been updated too.
Spotlessly clean rooms.
Fantastic location just a few minutes from railway station.
We got a room with a terrace that got morning sun, which I loved.
Lovely reception & housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was hit and miss and the tables were barely cleaned between settings though lots of staff on duty. Some mornings the hot food was gone. The cold cuts & cheeses sat uncovered for hours on buffet table.

I would have liked some information on the town & surrounding area as we stayed a week.

Très belle hôtel et bien situé dans la ville de montecatini terme
Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable : nous avons demandé un petit déjeuner à emporté le dernier jour car nous partions à 4h du matin et ils nous ont préparer des sacs avec sandwichs, gâteaux, fruit, eau et jus de fruits.

Cons:

Il y a une bouilloire dans la chambre et des tasses mais pas de café ni thé à disposition.
