First time here and I will be back

The one bedroom villa we stayed it was great. No complaints with our room or check in. The only problem we had was with the pools and hot tubs. Half of them were closed or didnt work.The pools were dirty and needed some TLC. Tiles around pool area were loose or broken. Very cold pools. If they were clean and working the pool areas would be top notch. Beautifully laid out and plenty of chairs. Easy access to beach.

Our trip was absolutely amazing. The staff was wonderful, and gave us great information about what to do during our stay. All I can say. WE WILL RETURN

The Villa condo was very spacious and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent location and resort, weather didn't cooperate, but had a great time.

I loved everything about the Condo. I loves how easy it was to check in. Everyone was very helpful.

Very nice place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The only thing I didn’t care for was the persistent representative trying to get us to attend a timeshare meeting when we were checking in. I understand that’s her job, but we were not interested. Other than that, we had a really nice stay

Great location and awesome accommodations!

My wife loved the property, however we felt a little harassed on the morning of check out we received several knocks at our door prior to the time of check out with workers asking if we were checking out. We were well aware of check out time

it snowed myrtle beach , room was nice.

The accommodations were excellent. Sun rises from the balcony were amazing. The entire facility was neat, clean and well maintained. Navigating the property was initially a bit difficult. All in all a delightful experience.

Like everthing and will stay here again in the future

I booked this hotel about a month before staying. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told I was at the wrong place and to check in at the “North Tower.” Only to be told by the north tower staff I needed to check in where I originally went. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and told us the moment of checking in that our reservation had been cancelled by club Wyndham and rebooked at another site more than 25 minutes away. She told us the hotel was overbooked and that it wasn’t their fault. She told us “at least you have a place to stay tonight.” We had been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and I will never again. I have never experienced a hotel cancelling our reservation and moving us to another location the DAY OF my vacation. Our vacation was supposed to be relaxing and fun and it became a nightmare! If you want to book here, be prepared for a last minute cancellation. Be prepared for unfriendly and unprofessional staff!

It was a great time and we really enjoyed our stay in this place, but one request, please connect the TVs to the Internet. When you're on vacation with your family, you really want to watch your favorite films.
