Surf Beach Treasure Island Resort

We had a great experience. Any issues we had were taken care of right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and stocked .

This was our second year at Surf Beach Resort. Was a bit disappointed with our condo this year. The sofa was creaky, the dining chairs were wobbly and were afraid they would break, but the biggest disappointment was the dryer. No matter what the setting if would say it needed 2+ hours to dry a small load. We read the manual and I asked the front desk if someone could check it. Even though it was still under warranty the owner refused to have anyone come and check it. My daughter has the same type, and she could not get it to dry under 2+ hours. Will not rent 304 unit again.

Beautiful spot directly on the beach. The sunset view from our balcony was amazing! The accommodations were a solid value, and we loved the walk ability of the location.

We had a great visit to Surf Beach Resort. The room and clean and well appointed. The pool, hot tub and sunning area were always very clean. The walk way behind the pool was a nice 5 minute walk to Sloppy Joes. Very convenient location and a great beach.

Lovely condo on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. Very clean. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops. Friendly and helpful staff. We hope to return someday.

We have been staying at Surf Beach Resort for many years, Last year our trip was altered due to Hurricane Helene. We were pleased to see the recovery in most of the area and that Surf Beach was back better than ever. This place is very well kept , clean and comfortable. The condo is full stocked and the pool and spa are warm and relaxing. This is a great place to unwind for couples and families. We highly recommend this location for a vacation destination.

We had an excellent experience. The 2 bedroom condo was lovely. The full kitchen was well equipped. The view of the gulf was perfect and the staff was friendly. We will stay there again.

Great place! The condo was clean and well kept and right on the beach! Parking is for one vehicle only due to the foot print of the building but it is assigned so no problem with anyone parking in your spot

The location was excellent. The atmosphere was good. Our condo was very clean.
The condo was well supplied. I have some complaints about the condo, which was 204. The first complaint is that there were no drawers or anywhere to put your clothes in the second bedroom. It had a queen bed squeezed into the room with little space around it. I would suggest bunk beds so you can put a chest of drawers in there.
The second complaint is that both bathrooms had no drawers or countertops to put your bathroom supplies. The beds were too high. They were hard to get in.
The couch in the living room was uncomfortable.
I would definitely stay at Surf Beach Resort again but I would choose a different condo unless of course they made changes.

While not right on the beach, the boardwalk, close shopping, pool/ hot tub, and vibes from Sunday drumming was unforgettable. The gas grill in the parking area was perfect for meals around our own table (inside and on the private corner balcony). We stored our bikes there too and were able to explore the area morning and night without having to drive. The umbrella in the rental was a blessing for the walk in the sun to the water. It was well-equipped with 2 showers and comfortable sleeping. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary! The place was amazing- the staff was really nice and knowledgeable! It’s a very chill- there’s a pool and hot tub as well to enjoy after the beach. There was a seafood festival and lots of fun stuff do nearby- there are lots of restaurants/ice cream/mini golf and food stores in walking distance! We will definitely be back!

Great location next to a very quite sandy stretch beach with friendly staff . Good value , clean and the family condo was exactly as described

Perfect Mother/Daughter trip. Room was everything we needed. We left our beach chairs in our room for future guests to use and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Everything was good about the property, except the kitchen supplies and no cleaning supplies were provided.

The room was very clean and the online photos were accurate! Easy check-in! Amazing sunset views from large lanai! Easy walk to the beach with convenient beach chairs and umbrella rentals! We are coming back for sure!
