Bed is comfortable, nice lobby. The front desk staff were friendly.
When we arrived, the room was very clean. However, we did not get housekeeping service until the third day other than a knock on the door asking “Do you need towels?” I had to empty my trash in the hallway trashcan.
The breakfast was adequate. (heated frozen potatoes, sausage, either scrambled or premade over easy eggs, bagels, waffles, white bread, yogurt containers, juice, and apples and tangerines.”
Room was clean upon arrival. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is adequate (eggs, sausage, frozen heated potatoes, white bread, bagel, waffle, small muffins on certain days, apple, yogurt, tangerine). It wasn’t until the third day that our room got cleaned. They do have a notice they don’t change sheets or exchange towels for three days but they will knock on your door and ask if you want towels. Our toilet broke and after an hour or so the staff was kind enough to move us to another room. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly as well as the person that handled breakfast on the three previous days. It would be nice if the hot water for tea was hot later in the day.
Location is great, only a short 5 min drive to Bentonville square. Starbucks next door, and several food options. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and staff super friendly. For the value, you can’t beat it!
I was so surprised how comfortable the beds were. I’ve stayed in many hotels recently., high end to average, and by far the most comfortable!
We love Bentonville/Bella Vista so this will be the place we stay from now on.

This was our second stay. Staff is really accommodating beds are very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet.
Staff is very nice but the hotel is average at best. The rooms are dated which makes them feel somewhat dirty. I know this is being nit picky but the toilet paper is extremely low quality and they do not leave extra rolls in the room.

Pro's: 1) Make your own waffles for breakfast, 2) Service was attentive and supportive
Challenges: 1) Breakfast (except for the waffles) was low grade from quality of offerings (eggs. sausages), limited in terms of selection (no yogurt for 3 days despite asking staff), 2) Room was basic, clean and comfortable. There is no room safe., 3) value is questionable given the plethora of choices available in Bentonville where every chain is present.
Recommendation: Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to others? Probably not.
Convenient location, comfortable beds, very tasty breakfast and area was kept clean and replenished. We had waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy...really awesome biscuits.

La Quinta's have clean comfortable rooms, nice beds, good pillows. The rooms are very good.
The first thing I want on my little trips is a a place that has a pool and a hot tub/jacuzzi and a workout center. This La Quinta advertised it had both...and it did have both but the hot tub/jacuzzi was not working and the "fitness center" had only three machines, a small set of weights--on one of the three machines--the treadmill--did not work.
I was very disappointed in this stay. NB the lady behind the desk was apologetic, did take some cost off our bill...but I was really looking forward to the hot tub/jacuzzi and the workout room and not having them was disappointing.
