Pros:

Building is well maintained. Location is good.

Cons:

Lack of vegetarian options in breakfast. Even for non-vegetarians also breakfast can be improved. Lack of patio particularly when hotel entrance is located on one way fast moving traffic where parking for few minutes also prohibited.

I like the location.
By the sea, perfect for a chill and a walk.
Near two malls.

Cons:

The front desk staff is not welcoming.
