Исключительно приятный, профессиональный, внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Очень хороший номер с панорамным окном и видом на море, всеми необходимыми аксессуарами, халатом, чайным столом, отличный матрас, подушки, белье. Wi-Fi с высочайшей скоростью. Чистота и порядок везде. Совершенно очевидно, что команда отеля уделяет огромное внимание качеству сервиса.
Мне очень нравится месторасположение отеля, останавливаюсь в нем уже не первый раз и каждый раз боюсь и что-нибудь будет не так хорошо, как было раньше, но нет, кажется становится даже лучше.
Дополнительно благодарю отель за бесплатный апгрейд номера.
Не смогла найти ни одного минуса.
Расположение около набережной и центр города, замечательно. Номер маловат, но красивый вид, чистый и комфортный. Персонал приветливый, заботливый.
