Front desk was not helpful when we checked in no coffee was provided or anything in lobby, bar downstairs was noisy until 2 am, Pool was in different tower, had to go out side of building. I booked the room expecting bath tub but it was only shower :/

Make sure you’re on the mall side of the property
Pros:

Location on The Landing is great

Cons:

This trip we were put in the South Tower overlooking the railroad station and the main intersection
Train traffic and car traffic noise was horrible all night
Couldn’t sleep at all
Will not stay there again if they put us on the street side of the complex.

Pros:

Location was good to walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Cons:

We stayed at the south tower of the Hilton. There was no connecting hallway/tunnel so you had to go outside to go to the pool. Also, room service could not bring alcoholic drinks to the south tower.
