The location is amazing for walking around the landing.
We didn't have any soap in the room and had to call the front desk. It took them almost an hour to bring us some.
I mentioned in the comments that the stay was for a birthday and anniversary and Hilton Hotel and Level 2 restaurant literally rolled out the red carpet... great experience!
Attention to details, very thorough and friendly staff. Gorgeous settings.
We loved the staff! They were extremely helpful and kind. We enjoyed the view from our room and the availability of the Landing.
The bed was a little hard and my comforter was dirty. I notified the front desk, and they replaced it right away.
The location was great. Staff were great.
Very clean place.
The beds were really uncomfortable.
Loved my room was upgraded

It was peaceful and Quiet. It was great to have Big Whiskeys for dinner and drinks and go back to my room for the night.
Location was very good.
Over all the room looked very modern and was quite spacious. We even had our own personal hallway which made the room even more special. The balcony was perfect and had an amazing view of the fountain and views of a few shops. The bed was nice and firm and the pillows where thick and fluffy. By far the most comfortable bed I've had in a hotel.
The manager was not very nice and at one point threated me with a lawsuit if there was any damages done to the room upon my arrival at check in. So with that being said instead of fully enjoying my anniversary with my husband I had to take time out just to take before and after photos of everything in the room just to make sure they didn't accuse us of the damages to the room that was there before we arrived. The tables were all dirty, the floor had a huge stain, and we had a half used roll of toilet paper that had been used by previous people. So not quite what I expected for 216 a night.
Was Grateful for the Balcony in our room. My kids really enjoyed being able to see out onto the landing. The beds were comfortable and suited our family of 4. Overall the room and location were really great and clean
The only concern I had was that the railing on the balcony did not feel super secure. For adults who know better than to lean out on it, it wouldn't have been a problem, but for two rowdy boys we definitely had to be watchful that they didn't get too close.
Location
No hand soap to wash hands . No Kleenex . Coffee was gross
The balcony had a view of the pool house roof. Completely blocking any view of the city. Not the view I expected when booking a balcony room.
Location is perfect
The cost is very high in relation to what the hotel offers. I believe the Hilton Convention Center is better . I never will back to this hotel
We love the landing and all the places to eat and shop. The beds could be a little softer. The staff were fantastic. Chrystal and Haley were wonderful!
Close to shops and attractions.. my grandkids loved the pool
