Location and staff were great. Pool looked amazing.
The rooms were a little tired and the TV worked intermittently which was quite annoying.
Location. Our rooms 243 and 245 were so perfect for our family. Overlooking the pool and perfectly located and living area so large. We loved being so close to all the cages and walk of course to the beach. The staff were really great and very accommodating and friendly. Parking on site was terrific and easy to access.

Great central location, everything you need, staff were friendly and helpful, this was our second stay here with our family as we need the apartment good value and convenient. We enjoyed the two bedroom pool view room.
Property is dated but overall well maintained. "Gym" only has cardio equipment, no weights.

Location is excellent as a base to either stay local or make your way to the gold coast theme parks. The facilities are clean and the check-in process is painless.
I didn't like that we had a shared foyer as a double apartment and we weren't able to keep the doors unlocked internally between the rooms. We had to wedge the doors open so my kids weren't locked out of our room.

Not the most comfortable bed
We had a fantastic stay at Oaks Gold Coast. Our kids absolutely loved the pool—it was very clean, well maintained, and one of the highlights of our holiday. The gardens were beautifully kept, with lush greenery that made the property feel relaxing and inviting.
The location is excellent, directly across the road from the beach and an amazing playground, which was perfect for our family. There are also plenty of great cafés nearby, and having Woolworths just a 3-minute walk away was a huge bonus for picking up groceries and essentials.
Overall, it's a wonderful place for families, and we would happily stay here again.
The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right next to the area where the bins are emptied each morning. The garbage truck was quite loud, so sleeping in wasn't really an option. On the bright side, our son absolutely loves garbage trucks, so for him it was the highlight of the morning! If you're a light sleeper, it might be worth requesting a room away from the bin collection area.

Position of the Oaks was great. Nice view. Easy parking.
When I booked I said I was taking my elderly mum.
Both bathrooms had a shower in the bathtub, so hard for her. The furniture on the balcony was very old and at bar height so she couldn’t sit on the chairs.
And our room was the furtherest from the lift so she had quite a walk.
The pools and location
