For guests staying more than 12 nights, a full cleaning service will be provided free of charge every 7 days.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

The accommodation was clean, quiet and had most things we needed.

Cons:

Pillows were very soft and offered little support. Staff said all the pillows were the same. They brought one to my room which was the same. Funny thing was that my partner's pillow was different and better. Not a big deal but could be better.

Great accommodation and location.
Pros:

I loved the location which is an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, so many to choose from. Greenmount Surf Club has an excellent view. Lots of lovely scenic walks with several beaches close by. I had an ocean view Appt which I could not fault. Security and carparking was good as was the service. This truly is a great place to stay and I would like to return when the weather is not so cruel.

A 'must stay' in Coolangatta
Pros:

Has everything you need, walk to beach, shops, restaurants, Clubs etc. Also liked the security and car parking access. Hope to revisit in the future.

Unfortunately due to the event that weekend we had to move our car out of the carpark and park on the street for 2 days and then haul our baggage numerous blocks through crowds to get to our car on day of check out

Good location
Comfortable beds

Cons:

No bedside table, no coat hangers in wardrobe.
No chair in the room ,lounge too low for me to sit on.(pull-out bed?)
No kettle to boil water for a cup of tea. I did ask a staff member for one but it did not arrive.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay here. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony & enjoyed watching the cars here for Cooley Rocks.
Very comfortable bed, amazing staff & very accommodating.
We were even allowed to leave our car in the garage after check out while be had a look at Cooley Rocks.

Cons:

Our only very slight negative would be, if we had been told that we needed to swipe our door card in the lift when going up to our floor.
Would definitely stay here again.
