Ottima accoglienza. Stanza molyo grande e pulita, bagno con dotazione di marca. Qualità del sonno buonissima e letto ampio e comodo. Ottima colazione completa di tutte le scelte tra salato e dolce. Abbiamo cenato tre volte al ristorante, davvero molto bene e con servizio perfetto. Parcheggio ampio. Consigliatissimo

La chambre spacieuse et le lit très confortable.
L’hôtel est à 5km du centre ville de Pampelune et non à 500 m comme proposé sur Booking !

La experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo que considero aceptable para un establecimiento catalogado como 4 estrellas.
Desde la llegada, las instalaciones transmitían una sensación de falta de mantenimiento y escasa atención al detalle. En la habitación encontré diversas marcas y manchas visibles en el suelo, algunas de ellas especialmente llamativas. Asimismo, los rodapiés presentaban desgaste, golpes y acabados deteriorados que generan una imagen de abandono impropia de la categoría anunciada.
En el baño también observé deficiencias en los acabados y en el estado de conservación. Las juntas de los revestimientos presentaban zonas ennegrecidas y signos evidentes de deterioro, lo que afecta negativamente a la percepción de limpieza e higiene.
Más allá de que las fotografías puedan reflejar parcialmente estos problemas, la sensación general durante la estancia fue la de estar en un alojamiento de categoría claramente inferior. El estado de conservación de las instalaciones no se corresponde con las expectativas que genera un hotel de 4 estrellas ni con el precio abonado.
Considero que el establecimiento debería realizar una revisión integral del mantenimiento y de los estándares de calidad ofrecidos, ya que actualmente existe una diferencia significativa entre la categoría comercializada y la experiencia real del cliente.
Evening meal was very good and the quality of the service from the individuals in the restaurant was excellent.
We have stayed at this hotel for many years now & have seen more recently an erosion of the quality and value for money the hotel offers. The breakfast choice has reduced significantly to the point now where breakfast has become expensive for the money. The breakfast team are also not good at replenishing the food when it has all gone. The showers in the room are not really great either.
