Très agréable sejour
Pros:

Accueil du personnel sa gentillesse et son sourire ainsi que leur professionnalisme le calme et la décoration intérieure et le bâtiment du XVII siècle avec une architecture magnifique avec ses vieilles pierres

Cons:

La chaleur excessive du bar et du restaurant ainsi que la durete du matelas qui ne correspond pas au minimum exigé pour une suite de cette qualité

Un hotel con historia fascinante.
Pros:

La cena era fantástica y el servicio muy bien. Muy amable también en la recepción y ayuda inmediato por cualquier cosa.
La habitación bien grande y muy atento a las mascotas.

Cons:

El baño necesitaba una reforma, jabón solo para 1 persona, falta de un espejo de aumento por ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, El desayuno no muy variada.

Would definitely stay here again if in the area
Pros:

Location to Pamplona. Considerate for dogs. The food was very good.

Cons:

I do understand why diners with dogs are situated in a room off the main dining but at times it felt isolated and service a bit sporadic at times

A warm welcome for humans and dogs
Pros:

We’ve stayed before and love the location, the welcome (including the dog) and the general cleanliness. The restaurant food is delicious, too. It represents excellent value for money on every level and we will definitely stay again.

Pros:

Loved this property. Location, welcome, dog centric. Even had a room where dogs and their owners could dine together! Really unique and great experience.

Нам очень понравился отель! Приветливый персонал, чисто, очень тихо, красиво, хочется рассматривать все детали( например кремоны на окнах), удобные кровати и даже для нашей собаке выдали матрас и миски, угостили лакомством! Мы были приятно удивлены соотношением цены и качества

Really good stopover hotel on our trip to southern Spain.
Pros:

The layout of the building, the convenience of the dog park and not far from the main route.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but the large dog in the village opposite that barked for a lot of the night and disturbed and frightened our dog. . Perhaps a room at the back of the hotel would be better next time
