Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa desde el minuto 1 , fuimos un grupo de amigos y nos alojamos durante 5 días , en los que también disfrutamos del buffet y su desayuno, muy completo .Es un hotel que está a las afueras de Pamplona , lo que nos genero calma y bienestar ,con unas instalaciones completas y muy confortables. Dispone de un personal muy amable y atento con los huéspedes.
Las habitaciones son amplias , con camas cómodas , dispone de aire acondicionado , aspecto importante ante la ola de calor que pasamos . Sin duda ,volveríamos a él , recomendable 100%, si buscas hotel con buena ubicación para recorrer diferentes zonas de la provincia y cerca del centro de Pamplona .

A comfortable stay with a good breakfast, but disappointing that the spa was unavailable.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge, which was really useful, as well as complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was that we specifically booked this hotel because it had a spa, as we wanted a relaxing treat during our honeymoon. A few days before our stay, we were informed by email that the spa would be closed for maintenance. While we understand that these things happen, it was disappointing, especially as we had chosen the hotel for this reason. I contacted the hotel to ask whether they could offer any goodwill gesture, but unfortunately nothing was offered.

We also had dinner at the hotel on our first evening. Unfortunately, the chicken burger wasn't to our taste—it appeared to be made from processed minced chicken rather than a chicken breast, and I didn't enjoy it.

Fijn doorreis hotel
Pros:

Al eerder een goeie recensie achtergelaten. Voor ons inmiddels een vaste tussenstop onderweg naar het verdere zuiden of weer terug. Fijn hotel, prima kamer, leuke sfeer. Goeie parking en fijn restaurant. Er is een spa met zwembad en fitness maar die is tijdelijk wegens een verbouwing gesloten. Even navragen wanneer deze weer open is indien je hier gebruik van wilt maken. Bij vertrek kregen we een tasje mee met water en een appel voor onderweg. Lief.
