Schöne Zimmer. Sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Gute Lage, nicht weit von Pamplona entfernt (10 Minuten mit dem Auto ins Zentrum). Nicht weit zur Autobahn.
Wir waren schon oft da. Im Vergleich zu früheren Jahren hat sich einiges verschlechtert, man hat wohl angefangen zu sparen. Die Zimmer sind etwas "in die Jahre gekommen". Weniger Personal, so dass z.B. das Frühstücksbuffet nie vollständig war. Früher gab es beim Abschied Wasser und Äpfel, jetzt nur noch ein "gute Reise"
It had good parking which was a must have for us, that did mean a 11-16 minute drive to the centre which was not onerous.
We had a large room with walk in shower which was great and enough room to put your toiletries.
We also had tea making facilities which was great but no milk.
Good parking and the ladies on reception were very helpful.
We were able to order freshly cooked omelettes cheese or cheese and ham at breakfast.
We had drinks and coffee from the bar at reasonable prices.
The spa facilities not included in the price, there was a lot of flies on/ near the breakfast buffet.

Bediening in restaurant spraak geen Engels.
Geen uitleg over Spa of andere faciliteiten.
Voor een 4 sterren hotel kan dit echt niet.

No lo considero preparado para carritos de bebé. Teniamos que subir y bajar 25 escalones con el carro para ir de la habitación al hall.
Zimmer war komfortabel..Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich..Sauberkeit.. zentral gelegen..restaurant sehr gut und abwechslungsreich..Frühstück hervorragend..Parkplatz genügend

Personally I found my bed a little to firm
Beautiful hotel in a great location for a stopover.
We were put in a room all on our own to have dinner as we had the dog. We weren't allowed to sit outside to eat either. Not the best atmosphere for dinner.

We've stopped here a few times on way to or from UK, never disappointed. Lovely hotel,staff, and good is great - breakfast needs time to enjoy. Rooms are superb and they welcome dogs and have a fenced in grassed area for a run around. Plenty private parking. They normally use a different dining room from the main one for dog owners and as it was full of a coach load of teenagers we were offered a quieter venue!
Nothing is ever perfect. The only little niggle is the breakfast scrambled eggs were pretty much cold despite being on a hot plate - the bacon and sausage were fine.

non-existent soundproofing, the drain pipes pass directly through the room, you hear everything that happens in the hallway or above, it has nothing to do with the 4-star classification
