Very disappointed

The balcony was next to the parking making it impossible to enjoy.
The room (22) wasn’t guest-ready even though we checked-in at 18:00: the room had no electricity, the light at the night stand wasn’t working, the toilet paper had run out, no toiletries, no bathrobes or slippers, the minibar was empty. After requesting someone to check the electricity, the keys stopped working so we had go back to the reception. Afterwards, we had to return to request bathrobes. Then we had to request slippers. Then we had to inform them about the light. The shower was mouldy and the bathtub dirty. The wallpaper was coming out. We asked for a different room but they said they were fully booked. Then we stopped reporting because we don’t go there to have to fetch everything ourselves. The game room was not as described, and was literally very very poor. The pool filters were the water comes out were dirty. For 175euros a double room and thinking it’s a Hilton, I am deeply disappointed.

Tja, van een verblijf dat we heel goed worden kunnen beoordelen tot een bizarre ervaring wat werkelijk niet met klant om

Cons:

We wilden zaterdagochtend naar de sauna, liepen in badjas en vroegen of we een kop cappuccino konden drinken, dus niet gebruik maken van ontbijtbuffet, en dat we daar prima voor wilden betalen. Vervolgens moesten we in badjas op twee stoeltjes naast de receptie gaan zitten en daar werd ons een mok met cappuccino gegeven. Een bizarre en rare ervaring die we nog nooit hebben meegemaakt in alle hotels die we hebben bezocht. Dit deed en doet totale afbreuk aan de overnachting en verblijf, echt bizar!

Geen gehoor
Pros:

Geachte heer/mevrouw,
Op 3 april 2026 heb ik verbleven in het DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen.
Laat ik beginnen met te zeggen dat wij over het algemeen positief waren: de kamer was netjes en wij zijn zeer vriendelijk geholpen door een medewerkster, wat wij als prettig hebben ervaren.
Helaas was de staat van de badkamer onder de maat. Er waren losse tegels aanwezig en het voegwerk van de vloer was op meerdere plekken verdwenen. Dit gaf geen verzorgde indruk.
Daarnaast deed zich een serieus hygiëneprobleem voor. In de vroege ochtend (rond 05:00 uur) wilde ik douchen, maar het doucheputje bleek verstopt. Hierdoor liep het water niet weg en overstroomde de badkamer. In het putje bevonden zich haren en zeepresten van een vorige gast, wat ik als zeer onhygiënisch heb ervaren. Door deze situatie was het niet mogelijk om te douchen.
De combinatie van deze gebreken heeft ertoe geleid dat wij ons verblijf als onprettig hebben ervaren en uiteindelijk besloten hebben om eerder te vertrekken.
Bij vertrek is bovendien de borg van €50 niet afgehandeld. Ik begrijp dat dit deels mijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid is geweest doordat wij gehaast vertrokken, echter wil ik dit wel graag alsnog met u afstemmen.
Gezien bovenstaande punten ben ik van mening dat dit niet past bij de kwaliteit en standaard die uw hotel uitstraalt. Ik verzoek u daarom vriendelijk om een passende compensatie en hoor daarnaast graag hoe u de borg verder met mij wilt afhandelen.
Ik zie uw reactie met belangstelling tegemoet.

Brilliant spot for families. We stayed here after visiting Eftling park it was exactly what I needed to chill after that

Relaxing but was expecting more from a Hilton hotel.
Pros:

The service - reception and restaurant. Really professional and overall very nice. The restaurant menu - delicious dishes. The spa facilities - although the pool is smaller than in the photos they have on booking or on their website.

Cons:

They didn't offer any bath robes or slippers for the spa area. Some visitors had brought theirs from home. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Ontzettend fijne en gezellige ervaring!
Pros:

Wat een fantastische ervaring. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en echt de fijnste omgeving. Het zwembad was perfect en we konden heerlijk genieten van onze kamer. Voor mijn 25e verjaardag hadden ze zelfs de kamer versierd. 10/10 ervaring! Het ontbijt is ook zeker een aanrader, de sapjes en vers gebakken wafels waren heerlijk.

Cons:

Wij vonden het zelf wat warm in de kamer, echter kan het ook aan de zwangerschap hormonen liggen. De temperatuur kon niet lagen dan 19 graden. Uiteindelijk de deur naar buiten op een kier gezet. Dat ging al beter!

Fijn nachtje weg
Pros:

Kamer was erg ruim, en comfortabel. Zwembad en sauna is fijne toevoeging.

Cons:

TV zenders stoorden erg, waardoor je niet goed tv kon kijken.
Bewegwijzering in het hotel is niet erg duidelijk. We moesten even zoeken naar het zwembad.

Live upto expectations.
Pros:

Beautiful Location. No need to worry about parking or charging. Delicious breakfast with variety. Spacious, neat and clean room. Very nice, polite, and caring staff.

Cons:

Menu for restaurant and room service are different.
We stayed for 3 nights. After the first night we asked reception to fill up the body lotion because it was empty. For some reasons it was still empty when we left.
Not a showstopper to me.

Pros:

I.v.m de drukte konden wij niet in de ontbijtzaal ontbijten. Ze gaven als reden day dit door het uurtje tijdsverschil kwam. We konden of wachten of beneden plaats nemen. Alleen hebben we aan een heel klein tafeltje gezeten en achteraf was er net zo'n klein tafeltje in de ontbijtzaal beschikbaar. De avond daarvoor wilde we waren drinken aan de bar en er was geen barman te bekennen. We hebben dit met uitchecken aangegeven, maar werd weinig mee gedaan. Ik heb maandag hierover contact opgenomen en heb 25 euro ter compensatie mogen ontvangen.

Excuses dit hoorde in het volgende vakje. De kamers was prima, de ligging was goed. Verder was al het personeel vriendelijk en we konden zwemmen .
